信网8月12日讯（记者 赵宝辉）“EXPIRY DATE”意为到期日，也就是产品最后的使用期限，可在青岛永旺东部店员工口中却成为了“生产日期”。说起自己在7月18日的一次购物经历，市民朱先生哭笑不得：“这是欺负我不懂英文？”他认为，厂家生产的产品没有用中文标明生产日期或到期日，本身就不符合相关法律规定，而超市员工接受的培训不足，更是容易给顾客造成误导。

刚买的美仕牌狗粮显示已过期

朱先生养了一条宠物狗，7月18日这天他来到青岛永旺东部店超市买狗粮。经过对比，最终朱先生花费129.9元买了一袋美仕牌鸭肉全价全期室内犬粮。“这狗粮看着包装不错，什么牌子的啊？”朱先生说，陪同他购物的一位朋友见狗粮品质不错，便拿过去观察了商品信息。“已经过期了啊！”朋友看完提醒道。“新买的怎么会过期呢？”朱先生带着疑问，观察完商品后发现的确已经过期一天。

朱先生告诉信网，商品底部只标注有保质期18个月，没写生产日期，而商品左上角实际喷印的日期2022/07/17B 的前面有英文“EXPIRY DATE”字样。“这明明就是7月18日这天过期了嘛！”

员工认为“EXPIRY DATE”为生产日期

事情发生后，朱先生找到服务台问询，超市部门员工在联系后告诉他商品上喷印的是生产日期。超市此举令朱先生哭笑不得：“这是欺负我不懂英文？”

朱先生说，“按照超市说法，我觉得17日生产18日就能到卖场挺新鲜，就要求超市提供进货单，结果厂家销售人员给我打电话说保质期18个月，如果不明白就去找工厂。难道在超市买东西有疑问还得顾客自行联系工厂？”朱先生认为，厂家生产的产品没有用中文标明生产日期或到期日，不符合相关法律规定，超市进货把关不严，门店员工未经确认落实就误导顾客，将明明已过期的商品仍违规售卖，侵犯了顾客的权益。

供应商称为避免误会商品已升级

关于朱先生反映的问题，青岛永旺东部店并未正面给予信网回应，仅表示，“这事儿我知道，但需要领导给答复。”截至发稿，信网并未接到永旺方面的任何回复。

随后，信网采访到了涉事狗粮的供应商上海汤士美迦有限公司。该司青岛地区业务经理邢先生表示，关于商品过期一事，销售商已经给顾客“退一赔三”。“可以保证的是，我们商品在给到销售商时，肯定距离过期日在15个月以上，不然商品出不了仓。这件事可以说是销售商内部管理不善造成的。”

邢经理还称，公司产品已经升级，所有的日期格式均采用国内标准，用中文标注好生产日期和保质期。“之所以以前没有加中文标识，是因为我们的产品还要销往东南亚一些国家，这样包装会比较方便。现在我们为了便于国内消费者购买，都统一进行了改款。”

青岛市市场监督管理局工作人员认为，进口的食品应当有中文标签，并载明食品的原产地以及境内代理商的详细信息。生产日期如果没有通过中文形式直观表示，很容易会导致消费者无法判断保质期，从而产生潜在危害，危及食品安全。“消费者如果买到过期产品或者无中文标识的进口商品，可携带购物凭证和涉事商品到辖区市场监管部门进行投诉举报。”
