一滴水是多少毫升?

面粉是我们日常中经常用到的食材,在南方一般都用它做点心,北方地区的朋友大部分把它当做主食。面食有一个特点就是吃着很好消化,肠胃也容易吸收。一些肠胃消化功能不好的老人或者孩子可以经常吃面食来代替米饭等等。这次分享的是用面粉制作的美食。大部分朋友都没有吃过,我们都叫它面包,虽然制作工艺相差很多,但是外观还是很类似的。

自己制作这种面食就不用出去买面包吃了。用1斤面粉搭配6个鸡蛋,不加一滴水,出锅整个颜色金黄,看着就很有食欲。没有烤箱也没关系,一个电饭锅就搞定了。这就是现代科技发展的好处。新型电饭锅有很多功能,有面包健,也有蛋糕健,可以制作各种美食,真是方便太多了,如果没有这功能的还真不建议做这道美食,因为干烧是很伤电饭锅的。

整道做法相对简单,做过包子馒头的应该很容易上手,看一遍就基本知道剩下的步骤。这可以说是中西结合的做法。如果没有尝试过的话建议试一试,平时当做小零食或者是早餐都是很不错的选择。主要材料是面粉跟鸡蛋,可以加点白糖调味。做的时候有烤箱或者空气炸锅都可以,没有工具就用电饭锅,最差还可以用一口锅搞定,跟焖锅贴差不多的做法,很简单。感兴趣的朋友可以收藏起来有空的时候做一做,下面就分享详细的制作步骤。

【所需材料】

500克面粉,6个鸡蛋,5克酵母,30克白糖,20克食用油,适量红枣葡萄干。

【制作步骤】

1.6个鸡蛋磕入碗中,加入5克酵母调入30克白糖,把白糖搅打至融化。

2.少量多次加入面粉 ,一边倒一边搅拌,搅拌成面絮状,加入20毫升食用油。

3.揉成团之后转移到案板上,像搓衣服一样揉搓,把面团揉搓细腻。

4.揉到能拉出一张不断的膜就可以了,全程大概10分钟左右。

5.揉成团整理圆润,放入盆中,盖上保鲜膜,让它发酵到两倍大。

6.准备一点红枣跟葡萄干,切碎备用。

7.炒点花生米,去掉外皮压碎备用。

8.发酵好的面团体积变大,拉开内部可以看到丰富的蜂窝状。发酵时间不固定,温度高发酵快一点。

9.取出来放到案板上,揉搓排气,把它整理成长条状。再切分成长条状。

10.每一份都整理圆润。再把它擀成牛舌状。

11.放入适量的红枣葡萄干,再放入适量的花生米。从一头把它卷起来。

12.把它竖起来,再次擀成长条状。

13.从一头卷起。全部按照这个步骤做好即可。

14.电饭锅底部刷上一层食用油防粘。放入卷好的生坯。盖上盖子,再次发酵40分钟。

15.发酵好之后再表面刷上鸡蛋液,撒点白芝麻。

16.盖上盖子,开启按键,有面包健按面包键,没有的就按蛋糕键。

17.时间到焖几分钟再开盖就可以了。

小贴士:

1.加入的油不要有味道的,不然吃着一股油渍味,像花生油或者橄榄油那些味道重的不要放,玉米油大豆油可以选择。

2.白糖可以根据个人喜好来定,100克左右可以放10克白糖,这个比例浓度很高,吃着更甜。
