没想到鼠鼠也有能穿上铠甲的一天，而且一套比一套炫酷：
这套十字军铠甲看得我都想变成老鼠试一下：
现在问题来了，如果老鼠穿上铠甲，组成军队，是不是能和猫打一架了。
好像不能，因为猫也有铠甲。还是「蝙蝠战甲」，蝙蝠侠看了都想来一套。
我已经在脑子里脑补出一场穿越时空的猫鼠大战了。
这些作品来自视觉艺术家Jeff de Boer，他是一位铠甲制造专家，只不过这些装备只有猫和老鼠能穿，而且一做就是三十多年，打造的铠甲数量可能足够武装出猫和老鼠大军。
妥妥的猫和老鼠的专用军火商了。
而他的创作灵感可以说是与生俱来的，Jeff的父亲就是一位铁匠，所以他从小的玩具就是锤子和各种材料。
第一次做铠甲还是他上高中的时候，那时候他为了自己的毕业典礼，打造了一身装备。虽然没有完成，但足以见到他的手艺基础。
上大学之后作为珠宝专业的一名学生，他逐渐开始有了为老鼠打造装备的想法。因为在他看来老鼠是弱者的象征，所以想给它们一个变强的机会，用铠甲来武装老鼠，让老鼠也能像英雄一样战斗。
尤其是当他看到博物馆中的各种铠甲后，灵感与才华已经开始不断往外喷射了。
于是他就这样走上了为鼠鼠做铠甲的艺术家之路，也很快就小有名气，越来越沉迷其中。
铠甲制作的方式，也算是从2D逐渐向3D转变。先要从参考资料里找到想要的装备外貌，并归纳出特点。
这些特点会在筛选后呈现在铠甲的细节上。
然后绘制草稿，包括各种视角下的样子，需要多少零件。
感觉老哥的画功也是不错：
草图中，小猫穿上这套铠甲相当有气势。
草图完成后，需要再雕刻出一个模型成为模特，并对模型进行简单装扮：
零件的尺寸大小，都要靠这个模型来对比掌握，成品也可以靠模型来观察展示效果。
制作零件时，需要在材料上先进行轮廓设计：
然后选择用工具一顿敲打：
这些零件也就慢慢被改造成了想要的样子，从扁平直接变成了老鼠的身体。
有了铠甲的主体后还要根据设计图来雕刻一些华丽的装饰：
拼接完成后，仅仅是这些零件就挺好看的了。
接着就是把需要的零件，逐渐拼接到一起：
组装之后就是成品的样子了：
别看一件装备很小，但想要制作出来需要耗时10到40个小时，而给猫制作一套则需要50到200个小时。
下面这个鼠鼠军团则是他用五周时间完成的。
这些套装精致华丽，不同的套装身上能够感受到来自不同文化与不同的历史时期的设计元素。角斗士、骑士、武士等等类型在他手中灵活变化，各种套装看得人目光应接不暇。
像是武士老鼠系列：
这么一堆站在一起，感觉可以脑补出一部动画。

下面这个是一套银制铠甲，Jeff打造了七套，其中有一套还被塞进了时间胶囊，准备让后人在1000年后打开，不知道会不会引发出一段关于老鼠骑士的传说。
老鼠的铠甲小而精致，猫咪的装备则更大一些，而且更有气场。
下面这个猫咪头盔是钢制的，先让它故意生锈，接着再进行清洗，让表面布满划痕，凸显了它的老化与年代感。
相比之下，这个「角斗士猫头盔」就奢华多了，上面图案内容也是和猫咪相关的。

和路人对比一下，尺寸还是挺大的：
「白骑士猫」铠甲，长枪也背在了身上，但感觉很难捅到地上的老鼠。
华丽的「精灵公主」铠甲：
「龙猫铠甲」，看起来非常威风：
下面这一套是花费超过 400个小时制作的「凤凰猫」铠甲，全身有羽毛状的波浪图案，如同火焰缠身。手工制作的零件多达500个，极为华丽：
不过大家看到最后，可能也很好奇，这些装备有没有真让猫或者老鼠穿上过？

据介绍，这位艺术家表示这些装备确实不是给活物设计的，但也尝试过给自己的猫戴过，结果他现在身上还留着猫送给他的伤痕呢。
