五谷杂粮糕正宗做法

老少皆宜、健康美味的粗粮点心\r\n蒸一蒸,好吃不上火,软糯不粘牙~\r\n用来做早餐或者解馋零食妥妥的!

用料
  • 黑芝麻 50克
  • 洲星马蹄粉 150ml
  • 混合杂粮 30克
  • 小米 30克
  • 白砂糖 50ml
  • 黄片糖 半块
做法步骤

1、准备好所有食材

2、先将30克小米和杂粮上锅蒸熟。

3、【调芝麻浆】\r\n先将50克黑芝麻加入200ml清水,放入破壁机做成芝麻水,过滤2次。得出芝麻水。

4、50ml马蹄粉,100ml芝麻水,搅拌过筛2 次,得出生浆。

5、100ml芝麻水,50ml糖煮开,关火

6、趁热,加入1勺刚刚调好的生浆,搅拌至浓稠

7、再混合剩余生浆,芝麻浆做好了。

8、【先调个小米浆】\r\n50ml马蹄粉,100ml清水,搅拌过筛2次,得出生浆。

9、100ml清水,100ml小米,半块黄片糖,煮开,关火

10、趁热,加入1勺刚刚调好的生浆,搅拌至浓稠

11、再混合剩余生浆,

12、小米浆做好了

13、【再调个杂粮浆】\r\n50ml马蹄粉,100ml清水,搅拌过筛2次,得出生浆。

14、100ml清水,100ml混合杂粮,50ml糖,煮开,关火

15、趁热,加入1勺刚刚调好的生浆,搅拌至浓稠

16、再混合剩余生浆,

17、杂粮浆做好了。

18、【蒸糕】\r\n蒸锅放入模具,水开后,分别加入不同粉浆,中大火蒸15 分钟左右。

19、(马蹄粉会沉淀,每次舀浆之前先搅匀!蒸的时间不固定/没有白芯/不会流动就是熟了)

20、蒸好后要完全放凉透才能脱模哦。
