做三明治的步骤英文版

香浓醇厚，贝果香浓，牛油果醇厚

用料

黑芝麻贝果面团：
高筋面粉 200克
那秋之林黑芝麻粉 20克
低糖酵母 1.5克
清水 110克
盐 0.5克
糖水：
糖 25克
水 500克
三明治部分：
牛油果 1个
鸡蛋 1个
意大利香醋适量

做法步骤

1、材料混合

2、混成团，静置10分钟，再揉几下揉光滑

3、分成5份，整形成团状，静置10分钟

4、擀成牛舌状

5、整形用手掌按下卷起的方式

6、一端用擀面棍擀一下

7、把尾端包起来，捏紧

8、油纸垫一下，发酵30分钟左右

9、糖水煮开后，开小火，贝果两面各煮30秒左右

10、烤箱200℃烤15分钟左右

11、牛油果切片，鸡蛋单面煎熟，贝果切半，摆上鸡蛋，挤上香醋，盖上另外一片

12、完成
