吃黄瓜可以减肥吗

我这里天天高温,每天都是30多度啊!都十几天不下雨了,我们每天期盼下大雨,每天都在播报黄色预警“高温”,我把这些发到群里,群友说了,我要把河南气死,那里天天下暴雨,可是这些不是我说了算啊,我们这里干燥高温,不下雨,真是没法过了,而且小区居然在高温天停水,想洗澡都困难。这样的高温天,吃啥都没胃口,幸好我家料储备着很多水,可以做清淡一些的饭菜吃了。



这样的高温天,就吃点清淡不油腻的菜吧,家里还鸡胸肉和黄瓜,就一起炒着吃吧,这样的搭配不油腻也美味。黄瓜可是夏季解暑好食材,清热利尿又解暑。无论是生吃,还是熟吃都是美味,真是夏季人见人爱的好食材。物美价廉人人都吃得起。



今天做一道低脂减肥的黄瓜炒鸡丁,清爽可口的黄瓜,鸡胸肉鲜嫩多汁,好吃不胖、简单快手菜,清脆爽口,不油腻又营养丰富。老人孩子都可以吃。而且做法特简单,鸡胸肉随意一炒,加上黄瓜炒出香味,就可以出锅上桌了,几分钟就可以做一盘,真是夏季美味快手菜。



主料:鸡胸肉一块,黄瓜一根、红柿子椒一个、油炸花生米(可选)
辅料:植物油、盐、蚝油一勺、姜、酱油2勺



做法:1、把黄瓜洗净切丁丁,要稍微大一些,这样比较好看,有形,因为黄瓜水分比较多,如果太小了,炒熟就变形了,红柿子椒洗净切丁丁,和黄瓜大小一样最好,姜切末



2、把鸡胸肉洗净切丁丁,和黄瓜大小即可,用淀粉和一勺生抽



3、一勺蚝油,胡椒粉拌均匀,腌制10分钟左右



4、热锅凉油,油热7成下姜末炒出香味,下鸡肉丁翻炒变色出水分出香味,大约2分钟左右,把它拨在一边,也可以捞出来



5、下黄瓜丁丁炒出香味



6、再把鸡肉丁炒在一起,多翻炒几下



7、加盐翻炒均匀,不可多加,生抽和蚝油带有盐味



8、加红柿子椒丁丁,翻炒均匀变软 

 



9、加生抽翻炒均匀,撒上花生米即可出锅了,好吃不胖,简单快手菜,清脆爽口就就可上桌了。



可可的小贴士
1、鸡肉也可以换成猪肉,牛肉等等,做法都一样
2、这道菜不可久炒,鸡肉炒必须先炒出香味,才能下黄瓜丁丁。
