写在前面:   暑假到了，领导说趁着孩子去东北过暑假，把墙面重新刷漆吧。趁着刷漆之前，终于有机会改动弱电箱了。

之前的弱电箱太小太小，就放了一个poe交换机，通过光口上连至机柜，负责各房间网线和监控接入

漏出强电管，可以直接接强电，可以把之前走弱电管回程的强电断掉了[强电有干扰，但是我走的是光]

开始看弱电箱，竖装500600尺寸不太好挑，而且深度只有10cm 感觉费这么大劲装个10cm的有点不值得

看了好久都没找到合适的，pdd，1688,TB,线下建材市场

后来突然想到，计划用洞洞板钉整面墙的。又不需要弱电箱盖子

定做个不锈钢吧  多多走起，按照计划的尺寸，找了几个商家，160搞定。留了图纸让老板帮忙开槽，不然我也开不了

第三天订做的不锈钢弱电箱底盒到货，先上墙看看效果，还是很满意的

强电管开两个空，先放一根屏蔽网线到强电箱，预留不知道给啥用，暂时没想到另一跟管子接强电，外加一根屏蔽485线 用来后期接智能电表（还没到货）

改天继续。。。。。

休息天去建材市场买水泥砂浆，12块钱一袋40斤，开车不够油费，扛着回去还是有点距离，算了扛回去了。

开始和砂浆

瓦工不好干，搞了好久终于上墙了

先穿几根线

计划用多模光纤回程至室外弱电盒，然后穿墙开孔至机柜

线管用以前有线电视同轴线的线管，总共有三根管到门口

至前几年买的穿线器被我剪断了，长度不够，就用拆下来的电线先穿管，有点软，死活卡在最后一个弯

没办法，用勾魂大法，找了钢丝弯个弯，从出口伸进去感觉差不多了，使劲搅啊搅，感觉碰到线了，使劲拽勾了出来

准备五根铠装多模光纤

拆掉卡扣，不然穿不过去

错位排列好，胶带固定

洗洁精伺候

开始穿

第一个弯头最费劲

成功出来了，准备在这个盒子里打孔穿墙进机柜

里面掉了一大块，还要补

孔太小，继续扩大

下管

这面墙放补好要放柜子，柜子里做隔音放机柜（规划中）

五根光纤过来了，还差四根网线，两根SC先把机柜挪到这里，不断电迁移，虽然没啥设备了，最起码两台nas没断电

网络先迁移过来

客厅另一个点位穿光电，买了穿线器十几块钱

开螺丝孔，用含钴钻头还没三角钻好用

后面就是补腻子找平，刷漆，这面墙钉整面墙木头洞洞板挡住电箱

后面机柜柜子处理，慢慢干

机柜固定好后，把光纤入户线路迁移到机柜，poe交换机，监控线路迁移到机柜，还有到机柜的网线还没穿，卧室所有点位的光没穿，客厅还要加两个电口点位

进门打算装个中控，要埋86暗盒，走弱电强电。。。。

弱电箱 机柜 还要装配线架。。。。。。

我怎么想起来改弱电箱的

幸佳范17076949986 ______ 不锈钢钢的特点是韧性高,容易粘刀.所以要求钻头硬度要高,表面光洁度要好,钻头的顶角比普通钻头大(130--135度之间).同时冷却要充分.并且进刀量大于0.15mm以尽可能不在冷作硬化层切削.切削速度尽可能低以减小切削温度.切削液采用浓的乳化液. 常用加工不锈钢的钻头有: 高钴钻头(m35钻头,m42钻头)..其中m42钻头性价比最好.另外还可以用硬质合金钻头.
