以前孩子们过生日都会买一个生日蛋糕！慢慢的他们也吃腻了，不想吃生日蛋糕了！买一个小的蛋糕不好看，大的又吃不完，浪费！就自己在家给他们做纸杯蛋糕吃！今天做了简单好吃的葱香肉松纸杯蛋糕，松软的蛋糕搭配着肉松，里面还加了沙拉酱，不塌腰不回缩，松软咸香，新手小白也能一看就会！

用料

• 食用油 54克
• 盐 0.9克
• 牛奶 126毫升
• 蛋糕粉 180克
• 鸡蛋 9个
• 柠檬汁(或者白醋) 6滴
• 白砂糖 90克
• 沙拉酱 适量
• 肉松 适量
• 葱花 适量

做法步骤

1、准备两个干净的无油无水的容器，分离蛋清和蛋黄！（这一步要特别注意，蛋清里面不能有一丁点儿的蛋黄，要不然影响蛋白的打发！）

2、碗里加入54克色拉油，126克牛奶，盐0.9克混合搅拌均匀,水油充分乳化备用，看不到油点，有点稠稠的状态即可！

3、逐个加入9颗蛋黄搅拌均匀备用！

4、180克蛋糕粉筛入蛋黄糊中！

5、用手抽不规则搅拌均匀！切忌打圈搅拌面糊，以免面糊起筋！

6、蛋白里面加入6滴柠檬汁儿(没有柠檬汁可以用白醋来代替！）

7、白糖90克分三次加入，用电动打蛋器先高速打发蛋白，感到蛋白有厚重感了改为中速打发蛋白！

8、直到打到像图片上这样蛋白打发到有坚挺的小尖角了，再改为低速打发几下，整理一下蛋白里面的气泡。（打发蛋白的时候可以把烤箱预热着！上下火200度预热20分钟）

9、挖三分之一的蛋白到面糊中。

10、用打蛋器上下左右不规则的翻拌均匀！

11、把翻拌好的面糊倒进剩下的蛋白中！

12、用硅胶刮刀或者蛋抽从底部向上翻拌均匀，以免蛋白沉在底部！这里只能用翻拌，切拌，用蛋抽的话要Z字型搅拌！不能用搅拌器也不能打圈圈！！要不然会消泡消泡消泡！

13、纸杯内先倒入一半的蛋糕糊！

14、挤入适量的沙拉酱！

15、再倒入蛋糕糊7~8分满！

16、放入烤盘中，轻震几下，震出里面的气泡！

17、放入适量的肉松！

18、再撒上适量的葱花！

19、放入预热好的烤箱中下层，上下火120度烤40分钟！(随时观察葱花的颜色，感觉葱花烤焦快糊了，要及时加盖锡纸哦！)

20、或者做这个葱香肉松纸杯蛋糕的时候，先放肉松，放入预热好的烤箱上下火120度烤40分钟，取出来，再撒适量的葱花，继续烘烤10分钟！

21、刚烤好的蛋糕非常的香，一定要试试哦！
