众所周知,Lisa的身材比例在爱豆圈都算翘楚。直角肩、A4腰、翘臀、筷子腿,最关键的是身高167cm比例却如同170cm以上。这是多少女生梦寐以求的比例(????上p图的不算):

那么,为啥Lisa看上去那么显高呢?姐妹们,这臀部微笑线可是个好东西。

除了身高、全身腿部比例之外,小腿跟腱的长度、脚腕的周长以及臀部形态都是能够影响腿长的观感的。而在这之中,只有臀部形态是可以被改变的。
臀部形态中,形状、饱满度及微笑线都是非常重要的一环。我们先来看看Lisa:

她的腿部与臀部线条是非常紧实且向上的,臀部微笑线的弧度并没有遮挡和覆盖腿部本身的长度,因此从比例上看,臀部的下缘其实也被计算到了腿部长度当中,这是显腿长的关键:
因为紧实和向上的形态,
露肤的部分都被视觉算进腿长中

很多人的臀部微笑线是向下的,臀部形态侧面也有凹陷,当然不会凸显比例优势了。

臀部形态不好看是多种原因造成的:
长期久坐
缺乏运动导致脂肪堆积
生育后没有及时恢复
错误的站姿坐姿
臀肌无力
……

我们需要通过日常的臀部练习,刺激臀部肌肉深层发力,辅以改善日常习惯,才能获得改善。

以下动作,每周练习4次,收获翘臀:

动作1:内侧翻折
侧躺在瑜伽垫上,双臂支撑在垫子上,大腿一侧弯曲,另一侧大腿做开合开合的运动,30个为一组。

动作2:翻转上踢

侧趴在瑜伽垫上,身体配合倾斜双臂支撑住地面,紧接着另一只腿翻转并上踢,重复20个为一组动作。

动作3:侧面支撑
双脚着地,一只胳膊支撑在瑜伽垫上,身体倾斜支撑住,让身体、胳膊、地面呈三角形。
动作4:平板支撑
这个平板支撑的动作除了锻炼腿部之外,对臂力要求也很高,其实最关键还是收紧腰腹锻炼你的马甲线。

动作5:向后踢腿
单膝跪在瑜伽垫上,双臂支撑柱瑜伽垫子,这个时候另一只腿保持与地面水平的位置向后上方踢腿,一整组动作踢腿30个,然后再交换另一只腿。
动作6:十字交叉
平躺在瑜伽垫上,双臂呈一字型平放,左右腿螺旋交叉的进行踢腿动作,锻炼整个腿部。
动作7:拱形抬臀
平躺在瑜伽垫上,双臂呈一字型平放,双脚登住地面,这个时候收紧小腹抬臀,做抬起和放下的动作,一组进行20个。
动作8:向后蹬腿
单膝跪在地面上,双臂支撑住地面,这个动作跟刚刚上面的向后踢腿有些相似,但不同点是从收拢腿到向后上方是用蹬腿的方式。
