浙江这位96岁老人火了
老人叫郦德火
1926年出生，金华永康人
听说自己在网上火了
激起了不少人的运动欲望
他笑呵呵地说
这些都是自己的日常生活
初见郦德火
光看他矫健的身手和精气神
很难看出他是一位年过九旬的老人
郦德火说，这归功于每天坚持运动
他除了做仰卧起坐
每天早上4时30分到8时左右
都会风雨无阻地去公园锻炼
压腿、在杠上做引体向上
他都能轻松自如地完成
郦德火说：
“我现在的身体比年轻的时候还好。
我每天走路四五十分钟，
看到单杆就会上去做引体向上，
做四五十个。”
90岁开始
老人周末坚持免费教学生英语
运动完
郦德火还会拿出笔和本子写英语日记
他曾是一名英语老师
退休后也一直没有把英语落下
从50多岁起，他每天坚持用英语写日记
在他的书柜和桌子上
整齐地摆放着50多本厚厚的英语日记本
记录着这些年的日常生活
郦德火的日记
可很多人不知道的是
郦德火53岁才开始自学英语
原本是语文老师
1979年
郦德火到胡库初中教初一的语文兼班主任
期中考试时
班上的英语平均分只有十几分
最高分也只有二十几分
正好这时，英语老师也辞职了
校长对郦德火说：
“反正英语你自己也会点，
要不就你自己来教吧。”
郦德火硬着头皮接下了这个任务
“那时的英语没现在这么难，
初一的英语
跟现在小学生英语的难度差不多。
虽然简单的我会，但还是挺紧张的。”
为了更好地学英语
他花了五十多元钱买了一台收音机
相当于花了他两个月的工资
每天一有空，他就在宿舍练习英语
晚上就听收音机
跟着课本的磁带读课文，雷打不动
即使开会开到晚上12点也是如此
后来，郦德火被调到溪岸初中
教初二的英语，还去古山的高复班上过课
当年的高复班分为两种学生
准备考中专和准备考大专的学生
有个备考高类中专的学生
听了几节郦老师的课后，特地找上门
请求他给自己辅导英语
看到学生这么有决心，郦德火同意了
郦德火一边自学，一边辅导学生
最后，这个学生成功考进了大专类院校
90岁的时候
郦德火则开始免费给孩子们辅导英语了
他还会将学习英语的技巧和知识难点
装订成册
免费送给有需要的孩子
免费辅导学生
更让郦德火老人晚年生活变得充实
他曾说：
“学习是为了能跟上社会发展，
能让视野更开阔，也会更加自信。
最重要的是，
自己学习的同时还能帮助其他人，
满足了爱好，挖掘了潜力，
也增强了幸福感和生存的价值，
只要我的身体许可，我会一直坚持下去。”
每天写日记、看报纸、唱歌、
拉二胡、运动
郦德火将自己的生活安排得满满当当
郦德火说：
“年老寿命长不稀奇，
我们要寿命长又健康。”
