整块五花肉图片

用料
  • 五花肉 100克
  • 红辣椒 2个
  • 豆豉 1勺
  • 葱 1/3根
  • 姜 5片
  • 蒜 2瓣
  • 花椒 8粒
  • 酱油 1勺
  • 盐 适量
  • 白糖 半勺
  • 味精 少量
做法步骤

1、五花肉,水煮,20-30分钟左右,等五花肉熟了,捞出

2、葱,姜,蒜,花椒备用

3、红辣椒洗净

4、红辣椒切丝,切条都可以

5、五花肉切片

6、有肥肉,切的小一点

7、锅中放少一点油,先把肥肉下锅,翻炒,煸出油

8、小火,大概2分钟左右

9、放切好的五花肉

10、不断翻炒,大概2分钟左右

11、放1勺豆豉,葱,姜,蒜,花椒

12、再放1勺酱油

13、放切好的红辣椒

14、放盐,白糖,味精,不断翻炒,一分钟左右

15、出锅
