吴明宏15693521986 ______ 用两个接触器的Y—Δ降压起动控制线路.按下起动按钮QA,1QC、SJ获电动作,1QC常开辅助触点闭合自锁,2QC无电,其接在电机星点的常闭辅助触点闭合,电动机绕组接成星形接法降压起动.经过一段时间,SJ延时断开的常闭触点断开,1QC失电释放,其常闭辅助触点闭合.同时SJ延时闭合的常开触点闭合,作临时自锁,2QC获电动作,其常闭触点打开,将主电路星形接线断开.同时其常开触点闭合,使1QC得电动作,闭合其主回路常开接点,电动机由星形接法转换为三角形接法. 这种线路仅适应于功率在13kw以下的三角形接法的小容量电动机.否则,由于2QC接触器常闭辅助触点接在主电路中,容量小,很易烧损.

吴明宏15693521986 ______ 这是个电动机的星三角启动的主回路及控制回路图, 由于图片清晰度不够,看不清具体的代号. 大致工作原理是:启动后接通C1(交流接触器),C2(交流接触器),D1(时间继电器)线圈,使C1,C2闭合,电动机采用星型接法启动(降压),D1延时后跳开C2,同时C2的常闭接点闭合,接通C3,此时电动机为三角形运行(正常运行). 这张图应该很老了,现在的新国标已经不这样标注了.
