【艺术家简介】
李保民 男,汉族。研究生学历。籍贯郑州。
1952年3月8日生-1965年10月参加工作。
1968年3月参军入伍。先后在疆字102部队。304部队任班长。排长。
197l年元月加入中国共产党现为正式党员。获《在党五十周年》奖章。所在部队参加了
1969年8月13日新疆西部地区巴尔鲁克铁列克提中苏自卫反击战。
1971年6月调入北疆军区政治部文工团。随团在六千多公里83个边防哨卡共演出两千多场次。
1984年7月率团赴天空防区。阿里防区慰问了守防部队和边防施工部队。并登上海拨五千多米的全军最高的神仙湾哨卡并荣立三等功一次。
1986年6月毕业于解放军艺术学院。
1998年光荣退休。同年6月在乌鲁木齐。8月在兰州。9月在中国美术馆举办了个人西部山水画展。并收录在当代美术家大典。12月为中央军委新建办公楼创作丈二山水并收藏。
2001年3月为北京天安门管委会创作丈二山水画。并挂于天安门二楼。并收藏。为澳门马万棋先生创作巜小桥流水有人家》丈二山水并收藏。
2002年参加中国艺术研究院第三届中国画高研班研修三年8月《春染天山绿》获中国美协主办的《西部辉煌》提名展获优秀奖。作品《峡谷聖境》参加文化部主办的全国书画大展获金奖。
2003年8月参加中国美协组织全国著名画家赴温州。情系天山釆风活动。
2004年6月参加中国美协组织的大型《彩绘新三峽》活动。同年八月参加中国美协会员首届精品展获优秀奖。
2005年参加中国美协第三届精品展同年元月在京参加中国美协组织的为东南亚和非洲由海啸引发的严重灾难大型振灾活动。同年五月参加中国美协陝西揭牌仪式。广东顺德揭牌仪式。
2006年7月参加中国美协赴天水彩风活动。随后参加中国美协赵西藏之旅采风团捐助希望小学。天路通车典礼。活动。同年7月参加中央电视台组织的专场书画联谊会庆八一活动。9月参加中国美协內蒙古创作中心揭牌仪式。随后参加中国美协长江三峡釆风活动。12月在广东参加中国美协第三届会员精品展。
2007年参加中国美协组织的送欢乐下基层慰问团赴长春。长白山延吉。镜泊湖。天池.等地活动。5月为人民大会堂创作丈二山水并发收藏证。7月参加中国美协组织的慰问中国人民解放军陆航学院活动。10月参加中国第三届汾酒艺术节开幕式及山西省首届艺犬节。赴革命老区釆凤活动。12日在京参加中国绿化基金会艺术家生态文化工作活动2008年元月参加中国美协组织的送欢乐在新疆石河子地区活动。5月在京参加中国美协组织的为汶川大地震大型捐画活动。6月参加山东曲阜鲁班诞生2515年纪念活动。在京参加国家体育总局组织的火钜传递活动和邮票发行。10月参加中国美协组织的赴塔什库尔干采风活动。
2009年参加上海东方美术馆建馆五周年庆典活动11月参加中国美协咸阳艺术交流活动。
2010年4月参加巜情系玉树 大爰无疆》。抗震救灾活动。
2011年7月应邀参加国家画院组织的《水墨新韵》中国画邀请展。作品入编画册。九月中旬参加美协组织赴澳大利亚。新西兰艺术考查活动。12月参加美协组织的赴美国艺术考查团15天2012年7月参加巜善行天下》救助贫困儿童大型活动。中旬参加赴俄罗斯圣彼得堡艺术考查团15天。随后又随考查团去了芬兰。瑞典。挪威。丹麦。吐尔其北欧五国艺术考查。
2013年8月参加了人民日报民生周刊举办的巜走基层 写民意 绘民生》。
