气短吃啥能补气

俗话说:“春吃芽,夏吃瓜,秋吃果,冬吃根”。一年四季都有专属的美食,寒冷的冬天,最适合的就是根菜。

根菜含有丰富的膳食纤维、碳水、抗氧化成分和矿物质,能帮身体增强御寒能力,很适合补冬。比如高热量、补气血的红薯、土豆、山药,养血养心的洋葱、藕,益气健脾的芋头,还有促进胃肠蠕动、消食解腻的白萝卜、冬笋等,正好改善冬天吃得多运动少带来的烦恼。

现在饮食营养不缺,大家日常若是吃了红薯、土豆、芋头等,记得等量减少米、面主食的摄入,不仅能避免肉长得太快。而且还能改善体质,有些朋友脾胃不好,一补就上火,冬天可以多吃些根菜。

脾胃不好,脸色差吃芋头——补中益气

冬天是吃芋头的最佳季节,冬天额的芋头粉粉糯糯的,不论是直接蒸出来还是配上五花肉煮出来,都散发着诱人的香味,每一口都是幸福的香甜,

芋头含有丰富的黏液皂素及多种微量元素能增进食欲,帮助消化,适用于神疲乏力、精神萎靡、气短多汗、反复感冒、过早衰老等的辅助治疗。芋头富含胶原蛋白,其黏滑之性可防治过皱纹早产生,保持肌肤水分,增强皮肤的弹性,可以起到紧致皮肤,延缓衰老的目的。

芋头性平味甘,归脾、肾经,身体最关键的先天之本和后天之本脾肾都能养到。气血足了,不怕冷,身体有力气,肤色、脸色也会变好。绝对是冬季补虚小能手!

气虚、阴虚体质,老觉得自己虚,没力气,打不起精神,日常胃口不好吃的少,吃东西没味道,或控制不住总想吃的朋友,可以多吃些芋头。

芋头的吃法很多,不仅可以入菜,做成点心也是超赞呢!这道芋头糕,是我家冬天最受欢迎的早餐品种之一,椒香软糯,孩子老人都喜欢,我每次一做就是一大盆,冻在冰箱里,随吃随取,方便又健康。

【椒盐酥糯香煎芋头糕】

食材:芋头 250克 木薯粉 100克 花生仁 1把 盐3克 黑芝麻一小把 椒盐少许  油 50克

做法:

食材都准备好。芋头要用槟榔芋,口感更粉糯。

现在很多人都喜欢在家里做点心,喜欢做点心的朋友,木薯淀粉是必备的哟,我常用的是白鲨木薯淀粉,做芋圆、钵仔糕,用处非常多呢!

槟榔芋切成薄薄的片。

再切成细细的丝,片和丝都稍微切细点,待会做芋头糕的时候会更入味,口感更好。

将切好的芋头丝稍改下刀,切短点。

芋头丝放入大盆中,加入适量盐拌匀,杀下水,芋头稍微杀出点水,稍微变软点更好操作。

花生米倒入油锅中,小火不停煸炒至酥脆,盛出,稍微放凉。

芋头稍微变软后,尝一尝,如果太咸了,稍微冲洗下,加入木薯粉,拌匀。

将炒好的花生米倒入芋头丝中。

拌匀后,揉成面团。一边揉,一边要加入少许水,面团稍微干一点,无干粉颗粒的比较硬的面团即可,这样蒸好后才不会变形。

将芋丝面团分成差不多大小的小面团,搓成椭圆形面团。

手心撒点黑芝麻,将面团放在手心滚一滚,沾上点黑芝麻点缀下。

放入蒸锅,大火蒸20分钟就可以了,稍微放凉点再取出来,就不会容易粘连了。

放凉的芋头糕切成稍微厚一点的片,这样就可以直接吃啦,如果想要更酥脆的口感,咱们再煎一下。

油锅烧热,将芋头片摆入锅中,小火慢慢将两面都煎至焦黄就可以了。

小贴士:

芋头糕的面团稍微拌干一点,做好的芋头糕才会粉糯,煎的时候稍微多放点油,表面会更酥脆。一次可以多做点呀,蒸好后放凉,冷冻起来,吃的时候再切片一煎就可以了。
