水果升糖指数排名

今日霜降,是秋季的最后一个节气。原本,暖暖计划带全家人一起去香山公园看看红叶美景,但考虑到霜降这天是客流高峰就作罢了~

①俗话说“霜降摘柿子,立冬打软枣”,霜降前后正是它成熟采摘、大量上市之时。此刻的柿子皮薄个大、果肉甜,吃它还有好“柿”成“霜”的寓意。听我婆婆说,老北京人还形容柿子叫“蜜罐儿”,足见大家对其喜爱。

老话讲“一个柿子十副药”,这1句话就道出了它的养生价值,不管是柿子肉、还是柿子蒂,都有它各自的妙用!

01柿子肉

润肺止咳:著名医学家陶弘景在《名医别录》记载,“柿果性味甘涩,微寒,无毒。有清热润肺、化痰止咳之功效”。

\n

高维生素C:柿子里维生素C含量(约30mg/100g)是苹果的10倍,吃100克柿子就能满足每日VC需求的30%,有助于缓解秋燥。

\n

\n

低升糖指数:柿子吃着甜丝丝,不少糖友害怕吃了升血糖,但其实它可是低升糖食物。柿子的GI值才50,比吃土豆、红薯还低,可适量吃!

科普:其实GI值就是食物血糖生成指数,简称升糖指数。GI值55及以下的食物为低GI食物:

GI值55~70之间的食物为中GI食物;GI70以上的食物为高GI食物。

02柿子蒂

柿子味道好、营养也不错,但暖暖发现关于它的“流言蜚语”也不少:比如“和螃蟹一起吃会中毒”、“柿子和牛奶一起吃会腹泻”······

咱不能谈“柿”色变,正确地了解它、比直接拒绝吃更重要!为了让大伙能好好吃柿子,今个暖暖就来说说「吃好柿子」这件事。

01柿柿子+螃蟹=中毒?

\n

螃蟹和柿子相克这件事,相信不少人都听过。主要是认为螃蟹含有蛋白质,而柿子中有鞣酸,两者反应产生沉淀、导致结石。

\n

抛开剂量谈毒性不靠谱!出现这种情况的前提,是柿子里鞣酸含量高,且大量食用柿子+螃蟹。另外,如果吃的螃蟹不新鲜、或未熟透则也可能导致食物中毒。

\n

实际上,成熟后的甜柿子所含的鞣酸含量很低,和完全蒸熟的螃蟹一起适量的吃,是没什么问题的。

02柿子+奶制品=腹泻?

有些人将柿子与奶制品食物混吃,会导致腹泻问题。其实,原因不在于将食物混吃,而是柿子里面所含的膳食纤维较丰富(约14g/100g),能促进肠道快速蠕动。

一些肠道比较敏感的人在「大量食用」柿子后,才会出现腹泻现象。

①合理控制吃柿子的量

根据《中国居民膳食指南》的建议,每天摄入200-350克新鲜水果。考虑到柿子的大小差异,每天吃1-2个柿子就够了。

尤其是老人和儿童,别一口气吃太多、或者连续好几天“狂炫”柿子。

\n

\n

②空腹别吃柿子

\n

不要空腹吃柿子,建议在饭后半小时左右吃柿子,一次性也不要吃太多,肠胃不适的人更是要注意!

③ 不吃没熟透的柿子

\n

不管是成人还是小孩,都不要吃没熟透的柿子,这种柿子里面鞣酸含量较高!

自家种的柿子、外面卖的“农家自种柿子”通常没有经过人工「脱涩」处理,咱可得注意了。
