【环球时报综合报道】多日来严重缺水，岛内一些地区的农作物严重受损，甚至出现“抢水大战”。
据台湾中时新闻网30日报道，屏东县市民不满台“水利署”南区水资源局（南水局）在没有通知的情况下“偷袭凿井”输水给高雄，爆发了一场“抢水大战”，屏东县里港乡近200名村民在凿井工程地抗议。民众代表林瑞庆说，目前屏东西北地区已经抽不到水了，若再凿井输水给其他县市，会严重危害到当地的养殖产业和民生用水。南水局当天发布声明表示，因台湾南部600余天没下大雨，为了缓解南部旱情，南水局预计凿50口井。
距2021年最严重旱灾才过两年，岛内近日再度面临严峻缺水问题。中时新闻网称，即便有几场春雨的加持，主要水库仍“嗷嗷待哺”，中南部曾文水库有效蓄水量已降到11%，连北部最后本钱的翡翠水库都只剩75%。台《中国时报》30日称，桃园石门水库的水情指标之一酋长石已完全露出水面；高雄因干旱，出现“比小拇指指节还小”的梅子；南投县茶叶、竹笋等作物整片枯死，收成不到以往三成。南投县政府旱灾调查报告显示，截至25日，共989.90公顷作物遭受旱灾。
然而，台湾地区领导人蔡英文的应对措施竟是在25日参拜寺庙祈雨，同行的嘉义县“立委”蔡易还说“祈福没多久之后就下雨了”。这种荒谬的行动引来众多岛内网民留言嘲讽：“气象局早就预测会下雨，现在缺蛋缺电，也快点靠蔡的神力帮帮忙！”国民党“立委”郑丽文称，两年前就缺水，当局为何到现在还是没辙？台媒评论称，近来台民众饱受“缺蛋、缺粮、缺药、缺电、缺工”之苦，“‘五缺’号称‘超前部署’，施政却只剩口号”。（李贺）
