温度计的三要三不要

先来一个全家福:

包装、说明书、支架、电池、双面胶

装上电池

安装支架

户外实测,和美景很搭配

米家APP连设备,按操作说明很容易操作,忽略很多文字~~

一把螺丝刀撬开后壳,不用很大力气

拆下后露出一块干净的黑色主板,后壳底部有一条黑色泡棉起到保护作用

取下四颗螺丝,取下黑色主板,可以看到一块显示屏

主板正面,干净利落


主板背面,背面仅有显示屏接口

编号标识,以便放大后对比查看

1号芯片:中爱微显示驱动芯片BU9792AFUV

2号芯片:低功耗蓝牙BLE SOC 泰凌微TLSR8250,负责蓝牙连接,传送数据到网关或者APP端

3号芯片:瑞士盛思锐温湿度传感器SHV4(SHT4X),产品的关键核心器件,负责感知外部温度湿度数据

以下介绍传感器是如何感测外界温度湿度的。

通过壳子透气孔感知外界温度湿度情况,所以在测试时候有个反应时间。

4号芯片:AT85163是武汉芯景科技有限公司最新推出的CMOS实时时钟/日历芯片

AT85163是武汉芯景科技有限公司最新推出的CMOS实时时钟/日历芯片。它内置一个包括世纪/年/月/日/时/分/秒的计时器,在电路中起到钟表的作用。系统可以设置和读取AT85163中存放的当前时间,从而对数据进行相应处理(例如计费、显示、记录等)。AT85163通过先进的I2C总线接口与系统之间串行传送数据,比起采用并行总线的方案大大减少电路板上的布线数目,非常适合于复杂系统。AT85163目前提供DIP-8、SOP-8、TSSOP-8、MSOP-8四种封装形式,可应用于移动电话类通讯产品、便携仪器、电信计费、考勤机、电脑主板、微机外设等等一切与计时有关的电子产品中。

【功耗测试】:日久见人心,路遥知马力

连接网关电流波形,屏幕6S刷新一次屏,平均电流42uA

不接网关屏幕6S刷新一次,平均电流32uA

接上网关 15S 发送一次广播,广播会把 温度湿度数据传送到网关

按以上纽扣电池500mA,不连网关可用1年半,连网关可用1年左右时间,和产品宣传基本一致。


产品使用不带背光的液晶屏,降低功耗,缺点就是没有光线情况下,看不到屏幕的显示数据。

整体拆机,外壳采用卡扣形式,方便维修主板,主板与外壳仅用4颗螺丝固定。
