滋阴养肝有什么药

春天是吃菠菜的最好时候,大家可以到菜市场买一些来煮成美味的菜品,那怎么煮呢,菠菜的做法有很多,琪琪为大家准备了一道特别的食谱。

推荐食谱:菠菜豆皮卷

主要食材:菠菜、胡萝卜、豆皮、鸡蛋

1.把菠菜放入盆中,用清水洗去上面的泥沙,洗干净后放到案板上,把它切成小段,放到菜篮子里面。

2.准备一根胡萝卜,切成两段,我们只要一半就可以了,把胡萝卜皮给它削掉,然后切成丝,装入盘中备用。再来一把香葱,然后切成葱花,装入小碗中。

3.起锅烧水,水开以后放入一点食盐提味,放两滴食用油,把胡萝卜放进去焯一下水,这样焯水两分钟后胡萝卜变软,吃起来口感更好,还能去除腥味,然后用漏勺捞起来控水,装到大碗中。

4.接着把菠菜倒入锅中,让菠菜也焯水,这样可以去除里面的草酸,大概两分钟,把它捞出来控水,和胡萝卜一起装到大碗中。

5.现在准备一个小碗打入两个鸡蛋,用筷子充分搅拌均匀,把鸡蛋液倒入菠菜中,先搅匀然后先放一勺食盐,加入适量的胡椒粉,放上一勺蚝油。

6.再葱花放进去,继续用筷子把它们搅拌均,这样使所有的食材更好入味,然后在碗里面加一勺面粉和淀粉,注意量不要放太多,不然影响口感,根据菠菜的量来决定就可以了,然后搅匀。

7.现在在案板上准备两张豆皮,把它对折起来,用刀平均切开,切好放到一个小盆里,用煮好的开水把它烫一下,豆皮这样烫可以有效的去除腥味。

8.两分钟后,把豆皮一张张的控水撩起来,放到案板上摊开,再把调制好的蔬菜面糊放上面,用筷子把它摊开铺匀,记得预留一下边缘位置,然后把它卷起来,尽量卷实一点,这样切的时候才不会容易碎。

9.卷好以后把它们平整摆放到蒸盘上,盖上盖子,开启大火蒸制十分钟,一定要把菠菜豆皮卷蒸透。

10.现在把大蒜切成蒜末,切好后装到一个小碗里面,加一勺辣椒面、白芝麻撒上葱花,淋上一勺热油,让香味被激出来,然后用筷子搅拌均匀,放一勺食盐、白糖、生抽、蚝油,做成蘸料。

11.锅中的豆皮卷已经煮好了,关火取出来放凉,再把它切成段,不要切太薄容易散,接着把它装入盘中,然后蘸着蘸料一起吃,非常的美味。
