炒什锦图片

用料
  • 鲜虾 半斤
  • 鲜蘑菇 6个
  • 西兰花 1个
  • 小紫洋葱 1个
  • 土豆 1个
  • 小芋头 1个
  • 热狗肠 1根
  • 蒜头 3瓣
  • 生姜 1块
  • 青花椒椒盐调料粉 少许
  • 盐 适量
  • 太太乐原味鲜鸡精 1勺
做法步骤

1、鲜虾去头去皮去虾线,洗净沥干水份,蘑菇切片,洋葱切片,西兰花切小朵!

2、土豆、芋头去皮切小块,热狗肠切片,生姜切碎、蒜头剁碎,所有材料备好!

3、锅中水烧开,把西兰花焯水,加入少许盐和油,然后捞出沥干水份备用!

4、锅中倒入适量油,炸土豆和芋头!\n炸至微黄,熟了就捞出!

5、热狗肠炒熟备用!

6、把蒜末和姜末炒香!

7、倒入蘑菇炒片刻!

8、把虾仁放入炒至变色!

9、洋葱放入翻炒!

10、加入2、3勺清水(小半碗)加盖焖煮片刻!

11、放入焯好水的西兰花!\n加入少许青花椒椒盐粉、盐、鸡精调味,翻炒片刻!

12、倒入土豆、芋头、热狗肠,翻炒均匀即可捞出食用!
