炒菜用锅铲还是勺子好

去饭店每次必点的咸蛋黄炒菜花,孩子喜欢吃,而且做法非常简单。

用料
  • 咸鸭蛋 2个
  • 菜花 半个
  • 油 1汤匙
  • 酱油 1勺
  • 盐 少量
做法步骤

1、菜花放水里倒入一勺盐浸泡一会儿

2、把菜花焯一下水

3、焯好水的菜花捞出备用

4、两个咸蛋黄,葱花干辣椒切段备用

5、锅里放油烧热下入葱花干辣椒爆出香味

6、放入咸蛋黄

7、用锅铲把蛋黄压扁铲碎

8、放入焯水的菜花

9、翻炒一会让菜花裹满咸蛋黄

10、放入酱油

11、因为蛋黄和酱油都有盐,所以盐放少量

12、翻炒一会

13、色香味俱全的咸蛋黄炒菜花出锅喽!
