猪肉肥肉全是颗粒图片

阿要辣油啊,这句南京式的招牌大家都熟悉吗?在南京生活多年,能喝到一碗美味的辣油馄饨也是幸福感之一呢,只是外面吃的馄饨真的纯纯就是感受那个味道,吃不到肉馅的,今天自己在家包馄饨,从馅料到味道都能得到满足哦,正好又降温了,大家安排起来吧,早餐吃上一碗,给家人一份冬日里的小温暖❤️

用料
  • 猪肉
  • 虾仁
  • 馄饨皮
  • 蚝油
  • 白胡椒粉
  • 牛肉粉
  • 淀粉
  • 生姜粉
做法步骤

1、主要食材:猪肉、虾仁、馄饨皮、葱花

2、将猪肉切成小块

3、放入绞肉机

4、先搅打成略粗的颗粒

5、将虾仁、蚝油、葱、盐、淀粉、生姜粉、白胡椒粉、牛肉粉,最后加入少许清水一起搅打

6、中途再加两次清水,最后搅打成这种泥状

7、馄饨馅就做好啦

8、开始包馄饨啦

9、放入馅料,先折叠

10、再弯过来把两端粘住就可以了,如果是买的馄饨皮,需要沾一点水哦

11、圆鼓鼓的馄饨就包好啦

12、水开煮馄饨

13、碗里放入少许猪油、葱花、盐、白胡椒粉、鸡精,倒入馄饨汤和馄饨,一碗热乎乎的鲜虾猪肉小馄饨就做好啦

14、阿要辣油啊

15、来,吃一口,鲜虾猪肉馅口感QQ弹弹的,再放入必不可少的辣油,鲜美极了

小贴士

1,包馄饨的猪肉要选有些肥肉的哦,吃起来不会腻的,反而口感会更好\n2,调馄饨馅的主要工具就是绞肉机啦,最后搅打的馄饨馅一定是细腻粘稠状,这样的馄饨吃起来口感才更Q弹哦
