3月9日，据时间视频报道，3月8日，广东深圳一男孩沉迷玩手机，爸爸反向教育，监督其连续玩手机17个小时，引起广泛关注。
视频内容显示，男孩坐在椅子上，不时变换姿势，十分痛苦的玩着手机。随后，又一脸委屈的望向爸爸，希望爸爸不要让他继续玩手机。
另一段视频中，男孩已经躺在椅子睡着了，但又被爸爸叫醒，让他继续玩手机。
“他想玩就让他玩个够！”爸爸黄先生介绍，凌晨1点钟左右，他发现儿子还在玩手机，被气的不行，于是特意给儿子请了一天假，让其自由玩手机。“我一直在旁边看着，吃饭喝水都是允许的。”
黄先生表示，儿子玩累了，睡着后，自己会把他叫起来继续玩，最后连续玩了17个小时。“从凌晨1点半开始算，玩到晚上6点半，没有休息。”
“儿子平时成绩不错，挺听话的，经常跟我去户外，体能也不错。”黄先生称，自己这样做是有前提条件的，不建议其他家长轻易尝试这种方法。
黄先生还说，自己认为这个方法效果不错，儿子已经认识到了错误，并用英文写了保证书。“他被我发现时就认识到了错误，我认为还是有作用的，因为他会对这件事情印象深刻。”
对此，网友们纷纷表示，“感觉不会因为这样戒掉手机瘾！”“感觉这个方法不错，但是不敢在小孩身上尝试！”“方法很粗暴，效果很明显！”
