15日，北京教育考试院发布《2023年初中学业水平考试英语听说计算机考试问题解答》，初中学考第一次英语听说机考将于2月26日举行。
根据市教委有关文件要求，初中学考英语科目总分值为100分，其中60分为笔试卷面考试成绩，40分为听力口语考试成绩。听力口语考试与统考笔试分离，采取计算机考试方式，考生有两次考试机会，取最高分计入初中学考英语科目成绩。初中学考英语听说机考共四道大题，包含五种题型，分别是听后选择12分、听后回答10分、听后记录信息5分、听后转述5分和朗读短文8分。2023年英语听说机考共进行两次考试，第一次考试将于2023年2月26日（星期日）进行；2023年4月2日进行第二次考试。
考生考前应充分熟悉考试流程和答题要领，凭准考证和有效身份证件参加考试，严禁携带无线通讯、电子存储、记忆录像等设备以及学习资料、纸笔等学习用具进入封闭区域。
考试院提醒，考生进入备考室应服从管理员的管理，保持良好秩序，按要求接受身份核验，观看考前教育视频，熟悉考试规则和上机注意事项，有序候考。考生进入考场后须快速对号入座，通过人脸识别（人脸识别不成功时输入准考证号）登录考试系统。佩戴好耳麦，按照要求以中等音量试音，试音成功后进入键盘检测环节，考生须按提示用键盘输入全部字符，键盘检测成功后等待考试指令。如有疑问或发现问题，应举手示意，等待监考员解决。不要乱动键盘、鼠标，不得喧哗或随意走动。考生试音和答题时保持中等音量，以免因计算机音量过大或过小而误判，考试过程中不能用手触碰耳麦。键盘检测中，如遇到键盘无法输入或输入异常等情况，请举手示意监考员处理。在计算机屏幕显示或播放题目时，考生要快速、认真读题或听题并认真准备答题，听到“嘟”的提示声音后开始答题；每答一题结束后要尽快点击“提交本题”按钮，以免录入过多无关语音影响成绩；答题过程中，如果计算机正在处理信息，出现等待界面时要耐心等待，不得喧哗，擅自做其他无关操作。
考生在考试中如遇系统异常或设备故障，应举手示意，等待监考员解决，不得影响其他考生答题。非考生本人原因无法在考前指定的考位继续完成考试的考生，须服从工作人员安排转到备用考位继续考试或后续场次重新考试。考生不服从工作人员安排，视为主动放弃考试。考试结束前，考生不得提前离场。因考生个人原因中途离场不能完成考试的，视为考生主动放弃后续考试。弃考考生在考试结束前不得离开封闭区。
第一次考试取得满分（40分）的考生不能再参加第二次考试。考前，考生可登录“英语听说计算机考试在线体验系统”（http://elst.bjeea.cn）体验考试流程，熟悉考试题型，为考试做好准备。
