台“行政院”“儿童及少年福利与权益推动小组”日前建议军事教育纳入高中以下教材，甚至连幼儿园都要教学如何辨别炮弹声，引起各界痛批。前民代蔡正元讽刺，若这种提案真的这么好，就应该先在蔡办、“行政院”，甚至是台湾地区领导人蔡英文及“行政院长”苏贞昌的卧室24小时不停播放，并酸有一种绿色病毒比新冠还可怕。

据参考消息报道，“儿童及少年福利与权益推动小组”日前竟建议将防务教育纳入高中以下教材，包括幼儿园都得学辨别炮弹声。台媒发现该小组2022年10月31日召开临时会议，要求当局教育事务主管部门参考安全手册内容，针对高中以下学校定期办“战备演练”。提案者还提出多点建议，包含少儿各年龄层战时应变与防灾需要，建请应为各年龄层编订适当教材，如为幼龄者标示注音或使内容更简明；除了辨别警报声外，还建议纳入炮弹声辨别。

国民党籍民代李德维痛批，民进党就是搞坏两岸关系的始作俑者，不仅导致两岸兵凶战危，这时候竟还变本加厉，把手伸进幼儿园与小学，非常恶劣又可恶。

据台媒报道，经常在网上针砭时弊的蔡正元昨天发文讽刺，这种提案若真的这么好，应该先在蔡英文与苏贞昌的办公室、卧室试行，24小时不同播放战场炮弹声响。

“整个‘政府机关’全都比照办理！”蔡正元认为，相关政策先在蔡英文、苏贞昌身上试行，半年后若评估效果良好，才应该一步步扩大至大学、中学等各级学校，最后才是小学与幼儿园。

蔡正元讽，有一种绿色病毒比新冠还可怕，确诊后脑袋会出现奇思怪想，才会想出这种“让幼儿从小习惯战争”的政策。

对于外界痛批，“行政院”发言人罗秉成日前辩解称，会中提案人是建议全民防务手册有易懂、易读版本，让少儿、身障者可理解如何避难疏散，并无特别提议要幼儿园幼童学习辨识炮弹之事。
