蘑菇汤怎样炖好看好喝

用雀巢淡奶油尝试给孩子做一次法式奶油蘑菇汤,奶香味浓郁、口感丝滑,小朋友说好喝。

用料
  • 淡奶油 80g
  • 口磨 200g
  • 雪花培根 3片
  • 洋葱 1个
  • 面粉 30g
  • 黄油 20g
  • 牛奶 180克
  • 黑胡椒粉海盐 少许
  • 盐 3克
  • 清水 500克
做法步骤

1、食材准备就绪

2、口蘑、培根、洋葱切片、切丁

3、黄油融化

4、倒入面粉

5、炒至面粉闻到麦香味

6、适量的水,搅拌均匀成糊状,即面酪

7、黄油融化

8、倒入洋葱炒出香味

9、小火慢慢煸香

10、放入培根

11、培根炒至出油

12、倒入口蘑一起炒两分钟

13、盐调味

14、黑胡椒一起调个底味

15、500克左右开水

16、煮开

17、倒入牛奶,继续煮开

18、雀巢淡奶油闪亮登场

19、沸腾的锅里倒入50克雀巢淡奶油

20、烧开

21、倒入面酪

22、小火两分钟,多搅拌,防糊底。

23、刚刚出锅的奶油蘑菇汤

小贴士

根据自己的喜好,个人喜欢吃到颗粒感较强的食物,做好的奶油蘑菇汤可以用破壁机果蔬功能打成糊状的浓汤。
