写在前面

女王反馈摩托车下地库的时候有啸叫声，检查后以为是刹车片摩擦的声音

适当放松刹车片啸叫声依旧，熄火状态支起主支撑架，用手转动前后轮

发现转动后轮时传来摩擦声，故障定在后轮轴承或者变速箱轴承

干脆买一套轴承，那个坏就换哪个，不行还可以退

准备工作

普通工具

套筒、棘轮扳手、十字批头、橡胶锤

白锂润滑脂、清洗剂、硅质润滑剂

专用工具

摩托车Y型飞轮扳手：用于拆卸飞轮和离合器，某宝十多元包邮的就够了

盲孔轴承拉马：几十元的就别买了，我试了材质太软拉不出来，贵的欢迎讨论，我是用电焊后敲出来的

零配件

也不一定买原装的，原装的轴承在20~30每个

某宝可以查到轴承型号再去购买其他品牌的可以便宜好多

比如哈尔滨的几块钱一个，NSK旗舰店也就不到20一个

更换变速箱轴承

传动箱塑料饰板的十字螺丝非常容易被批头弄花，需要特别注意

不过我看淘宝有改进型的，星状螺丝，4块钱一粒，一次看不过去了再换
