高中生记忆力差吃什么补脑

1. 推荐菜谱【香菇排骨烧鹌鹑蛋】

原料:排骨 鹌鹑蛋 香菇 冰糖 八角 桂皮 香叶 姜 大葱 花椒 酱油 料酒油 盐

制作:1. 将排骨放入冷水锅中焯煮两分钟后捞出备用;

2. 将鹌鹑蛋放进锅中去煮,煮开后再煮上5分钟左右;煮熟的鹌鹑蛋放入冷水中浸泡一会儿, 再去壳备用;

3. 烧热锅放入少许油, 将姜片、八角、桂皮和香叶等调味料煸炒香;

4. 加入焯好的排骨进锅继续翻炒干水分, 至排骨表面微微发黄;

5. 加入少许料酒和酱油进锅翻炒均匀;

6. 加入准备好的香菇和泡香菇的水;

7. 加入准备好的鹌鹑蛋进锅去煮;

8. 大火煮上20分钟后,将排骨煮熟;

9. 加入少许盐和胡椒粉调味, 大火收汁即可。

2. 推荐菜谱【五香鹌鹑蛋】

原料: 鹌鹑蛋 茶叶 八角 桂皮 香叶 盐

制作:1 将鹌鹑蛋放进冷水下锅去煮,加入适量的盐;

2 加入茶叶包和五香大料;

3. 大火煮开后加盖焖煮六分钟后关火;

4. 继续浸泡2个小时以上以便入味。

【茶树菇鹌鹑蛋土鸡汤】

原料: 土鸡 鹌鹑蛋 茶树菇 姜片 红糖 葱花 盐

制作:1. 将土鸡中的鸡油用少许油煸炒出油;

2 ,将土鸡块放进锅中翻炒干水分, 且鸡块表面微微发黄 ;

3 ,加入几片姜进锅翻炒几下 ;

4. 将炒好的土鸡块放入煲中, 加入泡软的茶树菇, 再一次性加入足量的水;

5. 盖上盖, 按下电炖锅中煲鸡汤键, 大约40分钟;

6. 揭开盖后,加入煮熟去壳的鹌鹑蛋, 再继续加热五分钟;

7. 最后加入少许盐和胡椒粉调味即可。
