夏天就是感觉要吃草…各种色拉横行
夏天刚开始的时候，立了个flag，连续吃一个月的色拉。当然最后肯定是没有做到的…这个夏天差不多断断续续的吃着，各种色拉中最喜欢的是三文鱼配的色拉，不但感觉非常健康，更重要的是味道也是自己非常喜欢的。就感觉吃的很开心，并没有因为选择吃了色拉而委屈了味蕾。
三文鱼色拉里面的牛油果也是一绝，口感和营养兼顾。在这之前都没有get到牛油果这种水果的好，但这个夏天通过色拉自此种草牛油果，还有单独下了一单的牛油果。

\n专门还有配调理的，解锁了牛油果的多重吃法。
\n另外比较多的组合是牛肉和色拉，感觉是经典的搭配了。

看着是健康的，但味道真心是一般般的…不是很喜欢，也就没有很坚持选择这一款的。
最后发现了蔬菜粉冲击，感觉又打开了一个新世界…
