公告内容是CBP将在2024年4月1日起，在全国范围内实施货物信息传递，用于与申报人就存在模糊、不符合规定的货物描述的货物进行沟通。

根据相关规定，货物描述必须具体、精确，而某些常见的模糊描述将不再被接受，如：

- gift（礼品）

- daily necessities（日用品）

- accessories（配件）

- parts（零件）

- consolidated（综合）

***只有在主提单级别上使用"consolidated"是可以接受的。

CBP将通过ACE Cargo Release系统在货物放行后向报关行发送消息，进口商和报关行应当处理这些信息，并与发货人和提单发行人合作，以确保未来的货物符合规定。

Cargo description unacceptably vague. A precise description is required. 货物描述不明确，需要提供精确描述。

报关行和货运代理应遵守与承运人相同的标准，并筛选数据以符合货物申报规定。当发现问题时，应审查货物信息的合规性，并采取纠正措施。如果CBP发现任何不合规的问题，CBP可能会采取额外行动。

模糊品名极易引起AMS反馈代码6H，当出现6H反馈时一定要及时处理——修改品名合规后，电话联系海关，才会拿到6I(Hold Removed)，之后才能上船。

--> 6H Do Not Load

美国海关不允许装船

Cargo should not be loaded to a vessel sailing or transiting CBP territory

--> 6I Hold Remove

美国海关解除DNL

Cargo may again resume loading to a vessel destined for sailing or transiting CBP territory
