该篇教程主要讲解Exercise Diary的安装和简单使用
Exercise Diary：
使用GitHub风格的年度可视化训练日记。
主要流程目录：
1.安装
2.使用
3.总结
1.安装
去到应用商店“应用”，搜索“exercise dairy”
基本默认即可（可以改一下时区）
2.使用
进入面板（没有中文，不过比较简单不需要太担心）
Tip:
功能虽然比较简单，不过有些还是不太清楚有什么用，建议自行探索。
先看看“Config”
网页的一些设置项目，可以改变主题和颜色
添加运动项目
添加运动（下面两个不太清楚具体什么意思，应该可以理解为运动时间，数量这些吧）
这里我添加了一些作为演示
创建完运动项目，面板就会出现刚刚添加的
添加项目的箭头，可以快速添加项目到今天记录中
上面就会显示每天运动记录了
右上角也有一个添加数据的，但不清楚具体是干什么的
3.总结
这个运动记录功能比较简单，但是还是挺不错了可以记录运动情况，不过功能还是太少了，图表展示也是不够直观。对于每天有运动记录需求的用户可以安装试试看。
