“爱是冬日的一片阳光,使饥寒交迫的人感到人间的温暖;爱是沙漠中的一泓清泉,使濒临绝境的人看到生命的希望;爱是大地的一场甘霖,使孤苦无依的人获得心灵的慰藉。”这是意大利作家亚米契斯在《爱的救育》中对“爱”形象具体的表述。我非常热爱教育事业,忠于教育事业,坚持从爱出发,尊重幼儿热爱幼儿。在日常生活中也会参加各类校外培训,来不断提升自己的专业能力,从中认真反思自己的不足并努力做到更好,为幼儿树立榜样。


焦晓清 杭州萧山海亮禾璞幼儿园&常熟尚湖精英宝贝幼儿园总园长

2022学年,我带领教师团队精心策划了六场大型亲子活动,线上浏览量达150万人次以上,这些活动创意与趣味性十足,同时也蕴含着丰富的教育意义,不仅让家长有机会亲身参与孩子的学习过程,也能更深入地理解园所的教学理念和方法。灼灼璞玉,熠熠其华。作为园长,我始终坚守“每个孩子都是独一无二的”信念,致力于提供个性化的教育服务,努力接纳幼儿的个体差异,全力激发幼儿的无限潜能,在润物无声中涵养正道、在春风化雨中启迪智慧,倡导用温暖的爱心、耐心和细心,让每一个孩子获得进步与发展。

As a teacher, I  spend a lot of time with each of the children. I get to know them better, help them grow and develop. And they share their energy and make me better. To be honest, sometimes the life of foreigners in China can be difficult. But my colleagues always try to help me overcome difficulties and find a solution. After all, this is the strength of our company – to help each other become better and happier. And so, I want to say a big thank you to everyone for making my life so bright and interesting. I am very happy to be a part of it!

作为一名老师,我每天都会花大量时间陪伴每一个孩子,因为陪伴儿童的过程中,我能更好地了解他们,帮助他们成长和发展。与此同时,孩子们也将自己的能量传递了给我,让我在和他们相处的时候变得更好。老实说,有时候外国人在中国的生活可能会遇到一些困难,但我的伙伴们总是尽力帮助我克服困难并且想方设法解决。这也是我们团队的力量源泉之一:帮助彼此变得更好、更快乐。因此,我也非常感谢园所的每个人,也是你们让我的生活变得如此明媚有趣。我很高兴能成为启元、成为海亮学前的一员。

生命的初期,孩子们一定要从环境中吸收大量的讯息,这是心智活动最频繁的时期,孩子们需要从环境中吸收一切的事物。同时,成人是幼儿和环境的链接者,安全丰富的环境有利于幼儿在这个环境中健康成长。作为IC班级的一名幼教人,回想自己十年间与小朋友们、家长们的相处,感动的瞬间无数,因为我所做的工作能帮助或者影响到家长和小朋友,能带给他们温暖和力量,我倍感幸福!

细微处见真情,付出一份汗水,总会收获一份成功。每日工作做到心中有目标,眼里有孩子,熟悉孩子的年龄特点,制定有针对性的教育教学方针,也赢得了家长的信任与支持。带托小班时我会注意在一日生活各环节中加强观察与指导,积极鼓励幼儿学做自己的事,一方面耐心的给予帮助,另一方面也悉心地进行指导,幼儿的动手能力有了明显的提高;带中大班时,把自己的爱灌注给每一个孩子,注重掌握每个孩子的特点,因人施教,引导幼儿个性健康发展。
