中国网讯 为了进一步帮扶对口学校，开展交流合作，实现教育的共同发展。近日，童家小学音乐教师和英语教师2人走进乐山市柏杨小学参与了为期一天的对口帮扶学校教师到校跟岗研修。柏杨小学艺体组和英语组的教师们热情地接待了两位老师，而后两位老师深入课堂一线，分别听取了五位老师的课，近距离感受柏杨小学的高效课堂。
立机刘妞执教的二年级的音乐课《小红帽》，整堂课“以情景为中心”进行设计教学，以情感为主线开展课堂教学，让学生在表演中体会歌曲特点。课堂以故事入手，牢牢抓住了孩子们的学习兴趣，一节课下来孩子们意犹未尽。
魏珠丽老师带来的四年级英语课《Module6 Unit2 Happy Mid-Autumn Festival.》，清晰美观的板书让学生一下子进入到中秋节的主题情境中，也能让学生在课堂中不断地巩固本课的重难点。同时在扎实落实知识点的基础上，魏珠丽老师带领学生探索中秋文化起源，进一步强化树立中华文化自信的情感态度。
英语组和艺体组内其他空堂的老师也积极地参与到听课评课当中，形成了互相学习，共同进步的良好氛围。听课结束后英语组组长李章梅还进一步关心了童家小学英语陈老师，并和英语组其他老师一同耐心地解答了陈老师在课堂教学和班级管理上的颇多困惑，陈老师表示收获满满。
“最美好的时光，大家共赴一场最美的遇见。相遇虽短暂，但大家教育的心却已紧紧相连。”柏杨小学相关负责人表示，大家将同心同向同前行，且学且思且成长，共创教育的美好时光。（文/图：陈羽慧 古天宇）
