i710700kf能超频吗

前言

最近有朋友问我DDR5内存超频怎么这么复杂,他只会开启XMP操作,也就是说在开启XMP后只能稳定运行在6000MHz内存频率下。就找我过来帮忙看看是哪里操作不正确?让我过来现场亲手帮忙调试内存超频看看。

测试平台

CPU:Intel Core i5-12600KF

主板:GA雪鹰Z790 AERO G DDR5 WIFI6 

内存:宏碁掠夺者(PREDATOR)32G(16GB2)套条 Pallas II 6000MHz C30

这个是朋友的电脑主要的硬件配置,主板是GA雪鹰Z790 AERO G DDR5,内存是宏碁掠夺者(PREDATOR)32G(16GB2)套条 Pallas II 6000MHz C30。

Intel Core i5-12600KF处理器最大睿频:4.9GHz,工艺:10nm(Intel 7),TDP:125W,代号:Alder Lake,核心数:6P+4E,线程数:16。

Intel Core i5-12600KF(6P+4E/16T)处理器全方位的在单核性能和多核性能方面超越了Intel Core i9-11900K(8C/16T)处理器,单核性能差距:792.8 vs 695,多核性能差距:7202.9 vs 6522。

在CPU-Z软件中查看SPD,可以看到宏碁掠夺者(PREDATOR)Pallas II 在开启EXPO和XMP后的内存频率:DDR5-6000(3000MHz)。

宏碁掠夺者(PREDATOR)Pallas II 6000C30 16GB2(海力士A-Die)

看了一下朋友的这套内存是宏碁掠夺者(PREDATOR) 32G(16GB2)套条,隶属于Pallas II系列,DDR5内存频率最高:6000MHz。

包装盒上印有PREDATOR(掠夺者)的英文标识,左下角有防伪标签和频率贴标。右下角则是印有字样:Pallas II DDR5 U-DIMM。

来看一下套条的内存频率参数贴标,单根16GB内存容量,1R8意味着是单面共计8个内存颗粒,PC5指的是DDR5,6000是内存官方支持的频率,时序:CL30-38-38-76。支持AMD EXPO(内存超频),当然也是支持Intel的XMP 3.0(内存超频)。

从黑色纸盒里拿出内存是装载塑料保护内盒里,内部还有海绵保护着。

这也是我接触过DDR5内存里马甲条中金属质感很不错的,内存条金属外壳那种细腻的触感摸上去非常的舒服。PREDATOR(掠夺者)的内存条散热马甲极为厚实,做工也十分精良,相比其他品牌采用了较为轻薄的马甲来说,PREDATOR(掠夺者)的内存在马甲的厚度上可以带来更可靠的散热效果。

虽然是马甲条,但是整体设计也十分的简约,只在外壳上中央印制有PREDATOR(掠夺者)的英文标识,在左侧则是印制有Pallas II的字样,表明了内存是属于凌霜系列。

PREDATOR(掠夺者)的马甲条在外壳的装饰上做了斜切面的纹路,看上去效果还是挺别致的。

PREDATOR(掠夺者)的马甲条在内部也是有散热硅脂导热片的,看导热片的厚度就知道用料还是下血本了。内存条的PMIC电源芯片也做了散热覆盖,相较其它PMIC无特殊散热处理的内存条,PREDATOR(掠夺者)的DDR5内存条在极限超频时具备更强的可操作性。

PREDATOR(掠夺者)的马甲条在顶部做了拉丝工艺,拉丝处理后使得金属表面获得非镜面般的金属光泽,具有非常强的装饰效果。

这里用的是一张GA主板雪鹰Z790 AERO G,拥有4根DDR5内存插槽。

初始频率:4800MHz

GA主板上已启用了High Bandwidth(高带宽) 和 Low Latency(低延迟)功能,内存频率:4800MHz。

初始内存频率:4800MHz,这个也是目前DDR5内存的初始频率。

通过CPU-Z查看内存频率:2400MHz,内存控制器:1200MHz,运行在gear 2模式下。

用AIDA64软件查看,主板内存有效频率:4800MHz,内存带宽:76800MB/秒。

用AIDA64软件在默认内存频率(4800MHz)测试,读取速度:75367MB/s,写入速度:74847MB/s,复制速度:71134MB/s,延迟:82.0ns,默认时序:40-39-39-76。

用AIDA64软件测试内存读取:75290MB/s。

用AIDA64软件测试内存写入:74876MB/s。

用AIDA64软件测试内存复制:72388MB/s。

用AIDA64软件测试内存潜伏:80.3ns。

用Performance软件进行内存测试,内存评分:3888。

用硬件狗狗进行内存性能评估测试得分:109979。

用鲁大师测试综合性能得分:1759033,内存得分:303426。

开启XMP:6000MHz

GA主板上已启用了High Bandwidth(高带宽) 和 Low Latency(低延迟)功能,内存频率:6000MHz。

开启XMP内存频率:6000MHz,这个是开启XMP后运行的内存频率。

通过CPU-Z查看内存频率:3000MHz,内存控制器:1500MHz,运行在gear 2模式下。

用AIDA64软件查看,主板内存有效频率:6000MHz,内存带宽:96000MB/秒。

用AIDA64软件在开启XMP后的内存频率(6000MHz)测试,读取速度:93605MB/s,写入速度:93087MB/s,复制速度:89169MB/s,延迟:63.3ns,默认时序:30-38-38-76。

用AIDA64软件测试内存读取:93529MB/s。

用AIDA64软件测试内存写入:93091MB/s。

用AIDA64软件测试内存复制:89244MB/s。

用AIDA64软件测试内存潜伏:63.4ns。

用Performance软件进行内存测试,内存评分:4385。

用硬件狗狗进行内存性能评估测试得分:116377。

用鲁大师测试综合性能得分:1830981,内存得分:375374。

手动超频:7400MHz

GA主板上已启用了High Bandwidth(高带宽) 和 Low Latency(低延迟)功能,内存频率:7400MHz。

手动超频内存频率:7400MHz,这个是手动超频(加电压、调小参,改时序)后运行的内存频率。

通过CPU-Z查看内存频率:3700MHz,内存控制器:1850MHz,运行在gear 2模式下。

用AIDA64软件查看,主板内存有效频率:7400MHz,内存带宽:118400MB/秒。

用AIDA64软件在手动超频(加电压、调小参,改时序)后的内存频率(7400MHz)测试,读取速度:111.39GB/s,写入速度:114.02GB/s,复制速度:108.14GB/s,延迟:58.8ns,默认时序:34-46-46-58。

用AIDA64软件测试内存读取:113899MB/s。

用AIDA64软件测试内存写入:116795MB/s。

用AIDA64软件测试内存复制:110177MB/s。

用AIDA64软件测试内存潜伏:56.9ns。

用Performance软件进行内存测试,内存评分:4501。

用硬件狗狗进行内存性能评估测试得分:144748。

用鲁大师测试综合性能得分:1917219,内存得分:463103。

不同频率下DDR5读写、复杂速度差异:(AIDA64)数据分析对比图

可以看到GA主板在开启High Bandwidth(高带宽) 和 Low Latency(低延迟)功能都内存读写、内存复制都有明显的大幅度提升。

在APEX游戏里,2K分辨率下开启中高特效,可以看到4800MHz内存频率下帧数大概在145FPS,当提升到6000MHz内存频率后帧数提升到161FPS,再继续拉升到7400MHz内存频率后帧数直接大幅度提升到177FPS。可以看到实际上高频内存对游戏帧数还是会有明显的影响。

总结

4月份宏碁掠夺者Pallas II DDR5内存这款产品价格应该还会继续下降,看起来跌破进6百多元应该不成问题。看来从2023年下半年开始应该就会掀起DDR5内存全面普及的序幕了,随着DDR5内存的价格下跌,也就意味着DDR5内存的性价比也会越来越高。宏碁掠夺者Pallas II DDR5内存采用了原装海力士A-die内存颗粒,开启XMP后内存频率能稳定在6000MHz。实测Intel Core i5-12600KF处理器搭配GA主板(Z790)对内存进行手动超频,可以稳定在7400MHz的高频率,启用GA主板的High Bandwidth(高带宽) 和 Low Latency(低延迟)功能后能极大的提升内存读写、复制速度和降低延迟,这对于高频率的DDR5内存来说这项技术是有明显的优势。

韦例枫13336945489 ______ 12400f搭配b660内存可以超频,但是超多少只能看运气.12400f是锁了内存SA电压的,理论上不支持内存超频,实应用中可以小超一下,但频率上不了3600MHz,聊胜于无.想要超内存,可以选择后缀带k的型号,比如12600kf,不锁SA电压,超频到3600MHz以上妥妥的.
