最近刚刚评测了最新上市的B760主板,使用的散热器也是款新品:超频三的PD360一体水冷。
B760评测采用了视频的形式,这款最新的水冷产品就用这篇文章和大家介绍一下。
水冷开箱
PD360的外包装采用白色和橙色的组合,这款水冷有2种颜色可选,WH指的是白色款,BK是黑色款,我入手的是BK的黑色款。
包装背面是多国语言的介绍。
水冷本体,风扇、线材以及各类附件都是黑色的,兼容intel LGA1700/1200/115X/2011/2066和AMD AM3/AM4/AM5平台,扣具背板都是全金属的,附带了EX90导热硅脂,导热系数达到14.8W/mK。
冷头为CNC精雕铝材,呈圆柱形。顶部为高强度玻璃,更加耐磨,可以隐约看到超频三的图形LOGO,点亮后具有ARGB灯效。内部采用陶瓷轴芯的水泵,转速达到2800RPM,寿命为5万小时(25度)。
底部为全紫铜材质,接触面积蛮大的,铣平工艺处理,没有到达镜面效果,内部采用了0.06mm的微水道结构。
水泵的供电为3Pin ,另外还有1公头和1个母头的3pin ARGB接口,方便串联其它ARGB设备。
360规格的冷排,共有12条水道,水排为加厚型,厚度达到了27mm(一般薄排位25mm),增加了水冷液容量,降低了水阻,提升了散热效果。
铝材质的鳍片,做工工整。
水冷管耐高低温,外面有编织网包裹,水管的连接部分有做加固,增强密封性。
冷排侧面有PCCOOLER(超频三的英文名)的金属logo。
标配的三把风扇无任何光效,模拟了涡轮结构设计,为增压型风扇,风压可达到2.64mmH2O,不过风量也不弱,最大风量71.86CFM。
风扇采用轴芯铜套一体铸造FDB轴承,减少了摩擦和振动,并且经过动态平衡校正。
风扇的两面四角都有硅胶软垫,进一步减少振动。
风扇的侧面:
风扇供电规格为12v & 0.21A。
供电线为4pin,支持PWM温控。
lintel和AMD两个不同平台需要在冷头上安装不同的扣具支架。

背板也要根据不同类型的平台来选择不同位置的安装位置,具体方法是用2个塑料定位垫片来压住一个金属螺母,两个垫片之间有缺口(主要不要装反),方便拆卸,但个人觉得安装过程有点稍麻烦。
不同平台的固定螺柱也是不同的。
固定螺柱和主板接触的地方还有很厚的橡皮垫来作缓冲。
赠送了一个风扇供电和ARGB二合一的集线器,一共有8个4pin风扇供电接口和8个ARGB的3pin接口。
集线器一头有个sata接口,用于辅助供电;另一头通过自带的转接线分别连接主板的风扇供电和ARGB接口。
另外这个集线器还是磁吸式的,非常方便固定在机箱上。

PD360冷头顶盖的LOGO可360任意方向旋转,以配合不同的安装角度。
由于PD360主打性能,风扇没ARGB灯效,所以整体的光效并不算很突出。但冷头部分光效还是挺好看的,而且也支持神光同步,可以做到灯光统一。
性能测试
室温~25度
将12400超到5GHz(使用的主板可以超外频),电压为1.2v,经过10分钟FPU烤机,最终6核心平均温度69.2,AIDA64显示CPU功耗为113w。
官方宣传PD360可以将 280W的i9-12900k压制到90,本来这次也想试试13700k的,但是现在B760使用K系CPU还是有电压过高的问题,测试时13700k的电压接近了1.4v,这个程度是任何的360一体水冷的都无法驾驭的。
最后
现在CPU和显卡的性能不断增加,但功耗也越来越高,非常需要高性能的散热器来支持。
这款超频三的PD360也是主打性能,如果最近要选购水冷,可以考虑下这一款。
