\nGreg Stolt在加入Realeague前先后在NBA美国总部与NBA中国任职15年之久。他曾担任篮球运营副总裁，为NBA在东亚和南亚各国的篮球推广与青训等方面做出了重要贡献。任职期间，他主导了共计超过300多个篮球发展项目，并深度参与了NBA与中国篮球协会在国家队交流、教练员、裁判员培训以及青少年人才培养等多个维度的合作。此外，Greg全面负责了海南NBA篮球训练中心的落地及运营工作，这也是中国首个、目前全球最大的NBA篮球训练中心。
\nGreg曾是一名职业篮球运动员，在1999年至2006年期间他先后在亚洲、拉美、欧洲和澳大利亚等地多家职业俱乐部效力，其中包括前日本篮球联赛（Japanese Basketball League）新泻天鹅（Niigata Albirex）俱乐部以及松下超级袋鼠（Panasonic Super Kangaroos）俱乐部。
