master+3s+拆解

前文曾经说过,我因为罗技MX Master 2S鼠标滚轮橡胶老化问题,买了一个Master 3S,没有看过对比区别的朋友可以看一下

这个橡胶老化问题是MX Master 2S的通病,现在有了新鼠标,自然心中就不慌了,可以放开手对2S进行修复。修复的办法就是更换鼠标滚轮或滚轮总成,如果是滚轮价格在七八十元,寄修在九十多元,而总成价格在百元出头。

为什么我选择的是总成而不是寄修或者换滚轮呢?因为根据评价说的是,自己换滚轮虽然是送特制工具,但是还是有损坏中间轴的风险,多几十块还能多个马达备用。

话不多说,咱们开始吧。总成的外观就是这样的,是不锈钢的材质,相对原来的确实结实,根据卖家描述,这个总成的滚轮是定制,马达电机都是原装,原位无损安装。

转动时候感觉到刻度感

重量大概是27g左右

送了一套4个脚垫,原位贴好即可

开始拆鼠标之前,你需要准备螺丝刀工具,商家说是T5螺丝刀和2.0十字螺丝刀,我反正是使用了PH0和PH000两个十字批头和一个T5内六角解决的三种螺丝规格。

拆的时候比较简单,可以用吹风机或者热风枪对鼠标底部脚垫加热,比较好拆,也可以直接撕下来,反正弄下来就行了。

一共6颗螺丝需要拆下,找个盒子装上,免得丢了

拆的时候一定要切记,从鼠标的右侧,也就是不带触控板的一侧拆,稍微用力翘起来就行。

慢慢掰开,就会知道了,左侧触控板是有卡口的,如果拆这一侧会导致损坏。

打开之后,用镊子(或者指甲),将上盖与主板连接的排线取下

上盖放到一边,这时候会看到,电池固定螺丝有3颗,将其拧下来放一旁。

电池不用拆线,直接放倒到后面就行,然后就看到微动的控制板,这里一共4颗螺丝

拧下来之后,再次放倒到电池那边。露出总成的两颗螺丝

把它们拧下来,另外拔出旁边的电源线就可以摘下总成了。

总成下有个小弹簧,不要弄丢了哈,还得原位装回去呢。

到这里基本拆解就完成啦,我们对比一下拆下来的两个总成,具体是不是原装我不会看,不过,从材质手感上,除了滚轮以外确实看着不差不多。

重量上,原来的大概22g,新的在27g,主要是不锈钢轮增重。

剩下的事情就是原位装回,检查一下螺丝有没有剩下,通电之后,建议先试试鼠标各功能,再拧螺丝和贴脚垫,避免有误操作的问题。

罗技MX Master 3S的重量是140g左右,而原装的Master 2S重量在150g左右,这次改装后的整体重量在155g左右,整体觉得更加沉稳一些。

从图上看,新换的不锈钢滚轮相比3S的原装金属轮(不知道什么材质),从做工上确实差点细致程度,不过使用手感上,区别不大。

这个动作原理是罗技的MICROGEAR技术,我在装回之前也拍了一下,看着好神奇,哈哈。

装好后试用,滚轮的转动非常灵活,自动切换滚动模式没有问题,当快速滚动时,滚轮会变成无阻力的自由滚动,当缓慢滚动时,滚轮会变成有阻力的精确滚动。

整体下来百元左右,让自己的MX Master 2S满血复活,真是太开心了,唯一遗憾的是脚垫贴的有点歪,感觉有些不平。当然也可以换侧面滚轮为金属的,不过我侧边轮基本没有用过,所以老化不严重,也就没有更换。你觉得这样的解决方案如何?是否还能再战5年呢?
