（记者 杨传旨 通讯员 王琼）又是一年秋节至，硕果累累香满园！惠济区长兴路实验小学开展了“一师一优课”活动。老师们潜心研究教学，认真备课，精心设计教学过程，充分利用多种教学方法激发学生学习兴趣，呈现了精彩纷呈的课堂，也为秋天增添了一抹色彩。

英语课堂上，教师能结合实际，创设贴合学生生活的语境，让学生们在乐中学，在学中练。四年级英语老师崔绯绯执教的《My schoolbag》一课，整节课能够做到“学生为主体，教师为主导，活动为主线”，课堂气氛活跃，每个孩子参与其中；以三个问题贯穿课堂，介绍了Amy的新书包随后通过一系列的角色扮演、做游戏、小组讨论。孩子们兴趣浓厚，在课堂上逐步掌握所学内容，学会介绍自己的书包，真正做到了学有所得、学以致用。

语文课堂上，参加活动的老师们落实语文要素，不断提高学生的核心素养。例如，在李存老师的《夜间飞行的秘密》课堂上，李老师让学生尝试从不同角度思考，提出自己的问题；让学生通过文中的旁批和尾批，发现提问的角度。通过本节课的学习，学生学会了根据课文内容、写法、联系生活经验得到的启示等不同角度来提问。

数学课堂上，通过让学生独立思考、自主探究、合作交流等活动方式，寻找解决问题的办法。二年级杨杨老师执教的《小小商店》，这是学生首次接触有关“购物”的知识，在传统的教学方式上加入了视频复习，充分利用游戏巩固旧知，结合情境把购物这一现实的生活问题呈现在学生面前，激发学生兴趣的同时，培养学生独立思考的能力。

在综合组老师们的课堂上，老师依据学科课程标准，聚焦学科核心素养，设计符合学生特点的教学过程，合作、交流、质疑、展示，孩子的表现可圈可点，真正体现以学生的学为中心。

课堂展风采，共学共成长。此次“一师一优课”活动，既为教师搭建了一个展示自我的平台，又为其他教师创设了观摩学习、钻研探讨的互动机会，有力地促进了教师课堂教学水平的提升，教师们以生为本，以学定教，携手打造“智趣”课堂！
