(医药健闻2024年1月14日讯)印度太阳医药工业有限公司(Sun Pharma)和Taro Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.宣布，双方已经签订了一项最终合并协议，其中TARO的控股股东Sun Pharma同意以每股43.00美元的无息现金收购TARO除Sun Pharma或其附属公司已持有的股份外的所有已发行普通股。 Taro董事会和Sun Pharma董事会一致批准了最终的合并协议。合并完成后(目前预计将于2024年上半年完成)，Taro将成为一家私人控股公司，其股票将不再在纽约证券交易所上市。
