《烧》百合

美味可口的虾仁炒百合木耳,营养丰富,鲜美爽口!

用料
  • 鲜虾 350克
  • 黑木耳干 30克
  • 百合 1包
  • 红萝卜 半根
  • 甜玉米 半根
  • 青豆 40克
  • 蒜头 4瓣
  • 太太乐原味鲜小小瓶 2勺
  • 料酒 1勺
  • 太太乐原味鲜鸡精 1勺
  • 香葱 2根
  • 盐 少许
  • 清水 半碗
  • 油 适量
做法步骤

1、材料如图!\n黑木耳泡发好,百合洗净,红萝卜切丁,玉米剥粒,蒜头剁碎!

2、鲜虾去虾头去皮去虾线,加入料酒腌制十分钟!

3、香葱切段备用!

4、锅中倒入少许油,炒熟虾肉!\n然后取出备用!

5、锅中倒入少许油,炒香蒜末后放入黑木耳,翻炒片刻!

6、放入红萝卜丁、玉米、青豆,翻炒均匀!

7、倒入大半碗清水,加入太太乐原味鲜小小瓶酱油、鸡精和少许盐调味,加盖烧煮,(中途要翻炒一下)

8、放入百合和香葱,翻炒片刻!

9、倒入虾仁翻炒均匀即可!

小贴士

太太乐原味鲜小小瓶酱油,减盐提鲜、0添加,吃得安心!\n小孩要从小培养淡口味,建议烹调学龄前儿童膳食时,以淡口味为宜,尽量少放盐和糖,少用含盐量较高的酱油、及酱料等!
