问:为何要将PCB文件转换为GERBER文件和钻孔数据?

答:因为GERBER文件是一种国际标准的光绘格式文件,它包含RS-274-D和RS-274-X两种格式,其中RS-274-D称为基本GERBER格式,并要同时附带D码文件才能完整描述一张图形;RS-274-X称为扩展GERBER格式,它本身包含有D码信息,常用的EDA软件都能生成此二种格式文件。

钻孔数据也能由各种EDA软件产生,一般格式为Excellon,钻孔的数据文件在PCB制造过程中非常重要,没有钻孔数据PCB板无法钻孔,因此电气不能导通连接,DIP器件也无法插件焊接。


问:为何要将PCB文件里面的坐标数据、BOM数据、装配图导出生成文件?

答:因为PCB文件里面的数据转换Gerber文件时器件的坐标数据、BOM清单数据都会丢失,在PCBA组装过程中需要重新生成文件提供给生产使用。

AD软件的PCB转生产文件步骤

1、Gerber文件转换

文件的调入

①FILE→OPEN 找到所要调入文件的目录

②直接拖入软件里面

设置单位及原点

①文件中单位的设置(通常单位:mil)

点击View-Toggle Units 进行中英制转换(或用快捷键Q进行中英制转换)

②Edit→Origin→set 把原点设置在单元边框外

过孔盖阻焊或塞孔(客户需要时)的阻焊窗去除

①把PCB原始文件拖入AD17以上版本软件中打开

②点击Design——Rules

③点击Mask——SolderMaskExpansion

④在AII框里面去选最下面的Custom Query

⑤弹出窗口点击Query Builder

⑥选择Object Kind is——Via

⑦勾选Solder Mask From The Hole Edge再把开窗减-20mm或者-800mil点OK正常输出即可

光绘文的输出

①File→Fabrication Outputs àGerber files

②选择General项设置好Units和Format(默认选项为General),点击OK选择Layers项

③下拉Plot Layers 选择used ON,下拉Mirror Layers 选择ALL OFF,如果要内层孤立焊盘,则选择Include unconnected mid-layer pads,点击OK

④选择Drill Drawing项出现以下画面 ,选择Plot all used layer pairs,选择Plot all used layer pairs,关闭Mirror plots,关闭Mirror plots,点击OK

选择Apertures项出现以下画面

①选择Embedded Apertures(RS274X)为输出GERBER文件为自带D码格式

②点击OK

选择Advanced项出现以下画面

①选择G54 on aperture change

②点击OK

③系统则自动将GERBER文件输出到PCB文件,系统则自动将GERBER文件输出到PCB文件

2、钻孔文件的输出

路径选择

File->Fabrication Outputs->NC Drill Files

输出钻孔文件

选择好格式(公司规定为2.4格式,INCHES,TRAILING ),点击OK系统则自动将钻孔文件输出到PCB文件所在的目录中

3、坐标文件导出

设置坐标参考原点

打开PCB文件、进行(Editl)-(OriginlI)-(Setl),然后鼠标点击PCB板左下角

输出坐标文件

(File)-(Assembly Outputs)-(Generates pick and place files)

单位格式选择

接下来,我们可以看到输出了,其中关键的位号(Designator)、所在层(Layer)、封装((Footprint)、XY坐标、角度(Rotation)是很重要的信息,必须得含有

关于Description、Comment可以不用勾选,进行输出设置,单位选择国标毫米制,格式选择.CSV,点击OK即可

4、BOM文件导出

打开位置

在报告(report)打开Bill of Materials(在PcbDoc或者SchDoc打开都可以)

导出BOM文件

在弹窗的界面点击Export即可输出BOM文件

5、导出装配图

装配图导出

打开file菜单下面的Assembly Outputs,选择第一项Assembly Drawings

选择输出格式

在Printer选择输出格式,选Microsoft Print to PDF,点击Print打印为PDF文件即可
