万能调料汁怎么调好吃

炎炎夏日,解锁一道清新不腻,酸辣爽口的凉拌鸡胗,香辣脆爽的凉拌鸡胗,酸辣入味,越嚼越香 ,无敌下饭,超适合夏天

用料
  • 鸡胗 10个
  • 葱段 4段
  • 姜片 4片
  • 八角 3个
  • 花椒 一小把
  • 味达美葱姜料酒 20克
  • 万能调料汁制作
  • 蒜末 25克
  • 葱花 6克
  • 熟白芝麻 8克
  • 孜然粉 2克
  • 辣椒粉 2克
  • 黑胡椒粉 1克
  • 辣椒油 4克
  • 味达美味极鲜酱油 40克
  • 味达美秘制鲜蚝油 15克
  • 味达美凉拌香醋 20克
  • 白糖 2克
  • 盐 2克
  • 小米辣 3个
  • 香菜 1根
  • 食用油 适量
做法步骤

1、所有的食材和调味料准备好

2、鸡胗清洗干净,切薄片冷水下锅,葱段、姜片、八角、花椒一起煮,大约煮15分钟左右

3、冷水煮开,加入味达美葱姜料酒,去腥

4、接下来调料汁,小米辣切圈,蒜末、葱花、熟白芝麻、孜然粉、辣椒粉、黑胡椒粉放到一个大碗里

5、淋上烧好的热油,激发出香味

6、味达美味极鲜酱油40克

7、味达美凉拌香醋20克,凉拌菜必不可少,增加酸味和脆感

8、味达美秘制鲜蚝油15克,增加鲜味

9、白糖2克,盐2克

10、辣椒油4克,搅拌均匀,万能好吃的调料汁就做好了

11、煮好的鸡胗,捞出清洗浮沫

12、冰水里冰一会,增加爽脆感

13、鸡胗沥干水分,加入调好的料汁

14、香菜切碎,加入一起拌匀即可

15、酸酸辣辣的,爽口,夏天吃超级开胃

小贴士

鸡胗要煮熟,捞出过冷水\n\n喜欢吃辣,可以多放些小米辣和辣椒油,我的这个做出来是偏辣的介于微辣和中辣之间
