做菜勾芡用淀粉技巧

豆腐蛋白质含量高,和肉末一起烧营养丰富口感鲜美,在这个流感高发季,多吃豆制品提高免疫力降低感冒风险!

By 薯条沾腐乳

用料
  • 肉末 200克
  • 豆腐 1盒
  • 食用油 20克
  • 太太乐原味鲜减盐鲜酱油 20克
  • 太太乐鸡精调味料 3克
  • 小葱 2根
  • 勾芡用花椒粉 2克
  • 勾芡用生粉 4克
  • 勾芡用盐 2克
做法步骤

1、先来张成品图

2、锅中放油烧热

3、放入肉末

4、炒至变色

5、加入一饭碗饮用水

6、烧开后放入豆腐

7、放入太太乐原味鲜减盐鲜酱油

8、烧开后盖上锅盖转中火烧5分钟

9、放入太太乐鸡精调味料

10、生粉、盐、花椒粉放入碗中,加入少许清水,拌匀

11、淋入豆腐中

12、撒上葱花

13、轻轻翻拌均匀

14、装入深盘中,拌饭特别好吃!
