千层肉馅饼的家常做法

牛肉千层饼(手抓饼版)

材料:牛肉馅,手抓饼,葱花,生抽,老抽,蚝油,胡椒粉,鸡蛋。

牛肉千层饼(饺子皮版)

材料:牛肉,葱,饺子皮。

牛肉腌制:牛肉绞成肉泥,加1勺生抽、1勺料酒、1勺蚝油、1勺香油、葱花、少许盐和黑胡椒,搅拌均匀。

香辣千层肉馅饼

材料:猪肉馅,饺子皮,

原味千层饼

材料:中筋面粉300克,盐3克,清水220克。

油泼辣子千层饼

材料:面粉,盐,油泼辣子,

油泼辣子:盐,鸡精,黑胡椒,辣椒粉,孜然,芝麻,淋入滚烫的热油。

发面千层饼

材料:面粉250g ,泡打粉3g,酵母粉3g ,猪油8g,白糖2g,盐,适量芝麻。

小贴士:

1.面团有些没有写多少,这里面有些事差不多 的面团做法,可以抄一个。
