半圆键轴为什么是锥形

  身为国内知名轴体厂商的凯华,在近期为知名电子品牌迈从MCHOSE旗下键盘提供两款定制轴体,分别是琉光冰淇淋轴、云豹轴。采用凯华知名的BOX结构方案,分别对应供线性、有声段落手感,在配色以及细节处理上也有一定优化,接下来就跟随笔者来看看这两款轴体表现如何吧。

  琉光冰淇淋轴延续了冰淇淋的奶油色风格,轴心改用淡淡的肉粉色方案,整体配色上看起来更加柔和舒适,配合表面的哑光处理,视觉质感也更细腻温润,辨识度上非常不错。轴盖采用纯色不透光处理,并配备了独立的雾面导光柱,有着良好的灯位兼容表现。云豹轴则是采用了深黄色的轴座、轴心搭配透明轴盖方案,方形轴心设计,轴体外观简单耐看,与各色定位板搭配也很融洽。轴体同样配备了独立导光柱,透明倒梯形设计,透光性更高,发散性更好。两款轴体均采用五脚轴座方案,可以兼容绝大多数热插拔键盘,配合大卡扣轴盖,固定更加牢固紧密,也能降低灰尘、杂质侵入,手感保持更好,使用寿命也更长。

  两款轴体均采用了凯华BOX三分区结构,云豹轴还配备了独立的发声扭簧,声音表现更清脆。在轴体材质方案上,琉光冰淇淋轴轴盖、轴座为POM材质,轴心则是POK材质,良好的材料自润特性也能长久保持轴体的顺滑手感,并且越用越滑。云豹轴采用了POM材质的轴心与轴座,轴盖为高透的PC材质,让按压反馈顺滑稳定的同时也有着更好的透光表现。内部沿用了BOX独有的三区结构,良好的防尘密封性也进一步降低了轴体故障率,琉光冰淇淋轴可以提供约5000万次的使用寿命,而云豹轴使用寿命更是高达8000万次,使用起来更稳定可靠。

  琉光冰淇淋轴采用了加长轴心方案,按压触底声音更加清脆,配合填充结构良好的套件,也能带来更加纯净HIFI的声音表现。两款轴体均配备了单段式高回弹的镀金弹簧,能够带来更加跟手的回弹表现,进一步提升用户敲击时的手感反馈。轴体内部还配备了高寿命的触发金属件,能够提升触发响应准度与耐用性,进一步保证用户的使用体验。轴体内部也均加入了润滑处理,可以进一步降低弹簧音以及杂音的产生,同时轴体带来更加顺滑的手感反馈。

  在轴体参数设定上,琉光冰淇淋轴采用42gf触发压力,总行程3.5mm,触发行程1.3mm,作为一款轻压力线性轴体,手感轻盈线性,回弹跟手,触底干脆,配合全POM材质的轴座、轴盖与POK材质轴心,按压反馈也更加顺滑流畅,长久使用也能一直保持顺滑手感。加长的锥形轴心,也让声音反馈更加集中清脆,“HIFI”值拉满。云豹轴触发压力45gf,触发行程1.8mm,总行程3.6mm,扭簧结构也带来了明亮通透的段落声音。在手感处理上,整体触发压力适中偏轻,按压轻快跟手,段落阻力清晰适中,手感反馈处理非常不错。

  在导光方案上,两款轴体采用了不同导光柱方案,对于键盘灯光亮度、发散效果、灯光氛围处理上都有一定提升。琉光冰淇淋轴采采用了五面处理的半圆斜面导光柱,云豹轴则是配备了高透材质的倒梯形导光柱,前者聚拢灯光并进行雾化,视觉观感看起来更加柔和,更适合键盘中高亮度灯光,可以提升灯光柔化效果,配合透明键帽在观感处理上也更加舒适。后者的高透导光柱能够聚拢灯光,配合透明轴盖,让灯光实现更好的发散效果,配合中低亮度的键盘灯光,在灯光氛围感、铺满效果上也有更好表现。

  两款轴体配色柔和自然,与各种颜色定位板搭配也都较为融洽,颜值表现还是较为不错的。独立的导光柱结构也能进一步提升键盘的灯光表现,让观感更加柔和自然,灯光氛围感营造也更加出色。琉光冰淇淋轴手感线性轻快,顺滑舒适,对于各类使用场景都能轻松兼顾;手感干脆清晰,手感反馈处理不错,也让这款轴体可以更好的兼顾打字以及游戏场景使用。

总结:

  琉光冰淇淋轴与云豹轴均采用了凯华经典BOX方案,整体的用料做工和细节处理都很不错,独立导光柱设计也能为用户带来更好的灯光表现,不同的手感方案也能满足用户的不同手感需求,还是非常值得一试的。这两款轴体将首发搭载在迈从MCHOSE K99键盘上,喜欢的用户不妨关注一下。
