大姨妈适合吃的菜谱

牛奶是我们日常的饮品,对人而言,它的蛋白质很高,钙质也很丰富,被誉为白色血液。但是不少人因为直接喝牛奶会拉肚子,真是想喝不敢喝啊!就可以换着方法喝了。我家人也有喝牛奶拉肚子的,我就把牛奶做出不同的饼子吃,这样不仅可以吃牛奶,而且做出来的饼子更好吃鲜美,尤其是我新款的《红糖牛奶鸡蛋饼》,更是美味好吃极了。倒春寒多给吃家人吃它,月经期女人要多吃,对滋补身体非常有好处!

鸡蛋对人而言,鸡蛋饼的蛋白质营养丰富,品质最佳,仅次于母乳。一个鸡蛋饼所含的热量,相当于半个苹果或半杯牛奶的热量,它们起着极其重要的作用。

红糖尤其是月经期喝红糖那是补血好食材。我用红糖和牛奶鸡蛋面粉做成鸡蛋饼,真是甜香鲜美好吃,做早餐真好,尤其是月经期吃最好了。

主料:面粉、鸡蛋、牛奶

\n

辅料:红糖

\n

做法:1、面粉里加鸡蛋,爱吃粗粮的,可以加少许玉米粉一起

\n

2、在加入牛奶,要一点一点的加,一直搅拌到无面疙瘩成厚面糊,如果爱吃特别薄的鸡蛋饼,加牛奶多些,用筷子挑起成流线形状

\n

3、加入红糖(可选,这是女人月经期吃的,平时可以加白糖)拌均匀,千万不能多加,这是主食,太甜了不好

\n

4、加少许植物油拌均匀,是为了鸡蛋饼不粘锅,口感好,就是这样形状的面糊就可以了,好煎

\n

5、平底锅加热,加几滴植物油,铺均匀锅底,舀一勺面糊,晃动锅底,让面糊均匀铺满锅底

\n

6、小火煎到面糊定型,翻面用刷子刷一层植物油,继续煎到这面起小泡泡出香味

\n

7、在翻面刷一次植物油煎到两面出香味起小泡泡即可

小贴士

\n

1、用牛奶和红糖煎饼在,由于是甜味,易糊,要慢煎

\n
