女人燥热吃什么

今年夏天格外的热,还特别的干燥。出门5分钟,流汗2小时,真的一点儿都不夸张。夏季燥热出,很多人都觉得心烦气躁,中老年女性尤其如此。夏季出汗多,除了喝一些汤水补充水分,还可以多吃一些含钾量高的食物,比如鱼肉、口菇(白蘑菇)、黄豆、土豆、银耳都不错。这些食物中,性价比最高的当属黄豆,每100克干黄豆含钾量高达1505毫克,而一斤干黄豆才几块钱,抓上一小把,泡发后就可以做一个菜。




别看黄豆不起眼,小小一颗的黄豆,它所含的营养可不少。黄豆中的植物蛋白和膳食纤维极高,还有自带大豆异黄酮,建议中老年女性适当地多吃一点黄豆,激发雌激素,气色好了,看起来比同龄人显年轻。黄豆除了除了打豆浆,还可以用猪尾巴搭配黄豆,补充营养的同时,还有补充胶原蛋白的好处。今天就给大家分享一下黄豆焖猪尾巴的做法,需要准备的食材有:猪尾巴 1条,苷黄豆 半碗,碎冰糖 适量,生姜 1块,大蒜 4瓣,小米椒 2个,线椒 2个,料酒 2勺,食用油 适量,老抽 适量,香料:八角 1个,香叶 1片,桂皮 一小块,草果 1个,干辣椒 2个。




黄豆加水,浸泡4个小时左右,充分泡发后清洗干净。黄豆的泡发率很高,不要泡太多了。


猪尾巴清洗干净,用镊子把扎手的猪毛拔出来,剁成大约3厘米长的小段。




猪尾巴冷水进锅,加入料酒,中火加热,煮到变色后捞出来,清洗掉浮沫。




小锅换水,放入黄豆大火煮开,捞出来沥干水分。黄豆这样焯水后,可以去掉豆腥味。




生姜去皮切薄片,大蒜去皮切片,小米椒切圆圈,线椒也切圆圈。




热锅放油,放入碎冰糖翻,中火炒到融化,炒出糖色,但不要炒焦了。




放入猪尾巴,加入老抽翻炒上色,加入生姜、大蒜和香料一起翻炒出香味。




加入焯过水的黄油,跟猪尾巴一起翻炒几分钟。




黄豆和猪尾巴,连带香料一起转入电压力锅中,加入没过猪尾巴高度的水,选择电压力锅的豆类程序,我家的豆子比较小,炖20分钟就足够了。




炖好的黄豆和猪尾巴转回炒锅里,大火收汁,尝一下咸度,如果淡了,根据个人口味加入适量的盐调味。




最后加入青椒和小米椒,翻炒断生,一道营养美味的黄豆炖猪尾巴就做好了。




用电压力锅焖过的黄豆和猪尾巴,吃起来一点都不费劲,还特别地入味。夏季燥热,建议中老年女性多吃这菜,激发雌激素,延缓衰老,比同龄人显年轻。
