孕期控糖餐一览表

关于主食配搭:

宜粗细搭配,一半白米,一半杂米杂豆。蒸饭时,采用杂豆杂米 (燕麦米、荞麦,大麦、高粱米、红米、紫米、糙米、红豆、绿豆)先预混合后,再和白米以1:1比例蒸煮

可食用菜馅的包子,馄饨,饺子(胡萝卜馅除外)

蔬菜量不少于500g/天,其中深色叶菜占1/2以上。建议常吃豆类和豆制品、菌菇类、海藻类等。

少吃荤汤,建议以蔬菜汤为主(饭前喝汤)

刚开始血糖不稳定时,以西红柿,黄瓜去代替水果。当血糖达标后(6.7mmol/L),选择图示的低糖水果(100g)作加餐(在正餐后3小时)

享调方式以蒸,焗,焖,炖,焯,凉拌为主,尽量避免油煎,油炸,烤,熏

宜少食多餐,每日4-5餐。夜间尽量不要加餐
