广东祛湿汤100款大全

最近一段时间广东淅淅沥沥下了好多天雨,气候潮湿、阴冷、反复多变,故而身体也难逃湿气的侵害,人若为湿气所困,就会经常感到昏昏欲睡,浑身没劲。所以日常喝点祛湿利水的汤水才好,下面为大家推荐4道广东人常喝的祛湿靓汤,祛除体内湿气,让你神清气爽。

★ 赤小豆薏米粉葛汤

【食材】:赤小豆 40克、猪扇骨 300克、蜜枣 1个、薏米 40克、粉葛 400克、盐适量、生姜 2片、

【做法】:1、赤小豆是比较瘦长的别买错了,将红小豆薏仁洗干净后浸泡1个小时,将粉葛洗净削皮切件,蜜枣稍微冲洗一下,粉葛皮比较厚,要小心处理。

2、把猪骨洗干净剁块,冷水下锅焯水,去除血水,捞出再用冷水洗一下待用;

3、所有处理好的材料一同放入汤锅里,倒入清水,水位跟平时煲汤一样,水中放姜片用于去腥味。

4、大火煲滚之后,用汤勺舀去浮起的杂质,转小火慢煲1.5小时(或使用预约功能高压锅),关火前加盐调味即可,汤好喝,粉葛清甜无渣。

★ 白扁豆芡实鸡爪汤

【食材】:赤小豆 20克、 芡实 25克、蜜枣 2颗、白扁豆 20克、鸡爪 适量、姜 2片、盐 1小勺

【做法】:1、将白扁豆、赤小豆和芡实洗净,用清水浸泡片刻,后期就比较容易煮得熟烂。买回来的鸡爪剪去脚指甲,加入料酒和适量的清水煮开,焯水2分钟去下腥味。

2、将鸡爪、芡实、扁豆、赤小豆放入汤锅中,切几片生姜一起放进去,加水大火煮开后转小火煲50分钟,中途撇一次浮沫;

3、快出锅的时候调入适量盐来调味即可。

★ 山楂木棉花汤

【食材】:山药 适量、干木棉花 4朵、山楂 10克、黄豆 30克、猪骨 适量、

【做法】:1、黄豆,木棉花先泡水洗净,山楂洗一下即可;

2、猪骨洗净切块焯水,从凉水开始一起煮出血水,去浮沫,捞出放入汤锅中;

3、山药去皮切块,和山楂、黄豆、木棉花放汤锅,加入过食材的水,煮开之后小火炖煮一个小时。没时间的话可以用电压力锅。

4、煲好之后放点盐调味就可以喝了,适合现在的天气。

★ 五指毛桃鸡脚汤

【食材】:花生 30克、五指毛桃 适量、红枣6个、盐 1小勺、鸡脚 适量、料酒 1勺、瘦肉 适量、生姜 2片、

【做法】:1、五指毛桃泥土味比较重,用清水把五指毛桃根洗净,并稍浸泡片刻;花生、红枣简单洗净即可。

2、鸡脚剁去脚趾甲,和瘦肉一起加料酒冷水进锅,开大火焯水煮开,去脏的浮沫,煮个2分钟后捞起用水洗净。

3、汤锅里放足量的水,放入焯过水的鸡脚以及花生、红枣、五指毛桃、姜片,先盖锅盖用大火煲沸后,用小火慢煲1.5小时;如果用养生锅选养生汤模式即可。

4、出锅时加少许盐即可,五指毛桃鸡脚汤做好了,除了五指毛桃,其他都可以吃,鸡脚还可捞起拌入酱油佐餐用。
