最简单的饺子酱汁做法

用料
  • 猪肉饺 适量
  • 葱 2根
  • 蒜 2瓣
  • 酱油 1勺
  • 香醋 1勺
  • 盐 少许
  • 白糖 少许
  • 辣椒油 1小勺
做法步骤

1、蒜切碎末

2、葱白葱绿分开切碎

3、碗里放入蒜末和葱白,用滚油爆香

4、加入酱油、香醋、盐、白糖、辣椒油

5、搅拌均匀待用

6、锅里烧热水,下饺子

7、煮熟后捞出到酱汁碗中

8、拌匀撒一些葱花增香
