木薯粉做珍珠的做法

下午茶来啦,百香果啵啵

用料
  • 百香果 2个
  • 木薯粉 100克
  • 细砂糖 20克
  • 清水 25克
  • 糯米小丸子 适量
  • 珍珠丸子 适量
  • 牛奶 1盒
  • 红柚 适量
  • 香蕉 半根
  • 雀巢鹰唛炼乳 适量
做法步骤

1、准备好所有材料

2、百香果汁以及果肉,同细砂糖和清水在锅中煮开

3、水开后关火,然后分多次加入木薯淀粉,用刮刀搅拌均匀成团,一开始比较粘,继续搅拌就会成团,如果还比较粘可以适量再加多些木薯粉

4、把切小块然后分别面团搓长

5、切成小块

6、揉圆,记得撒上干粉防粘

7、锅中加水,水开后加入百香果啵啵

8、煮至全部飘起来就可以了

9、过一下凉开水

10、另外的珍珠丸子和糯米丸子也煮熟过凉水

11、把它们全部放入漂亮的盘中

12、加入牛奶

13、放入柚子果肉,挤上雀巢鹰麦炼乳,是草莓味的哦

14、这样就可以了

15、好吃又好看

16、再加上几片香蕉花
